Ascension + Heal - Bahamut Battle Theme (Piano + Sheet Music): Final Fantasy XVI (FF16)

- This arrangement is based on Heal (the music played during Dion with medicine girl) and the battle theme of Bahamut vs Ifrit Risen - Ascension.
Ascension is really imo one of the best battle track in this game. Before this, my top favourite is the phoenix theme Away, until I heard this. It's really a treat that every eikon gets their own theme, instead of just a generic battle theme for all eikon fights.
Gotta admit I almost did not want to complete this piano cover. I was trying to arrange something that could sound closer to the original, but I think the piano performance fails to capture the epicness of the original track.
Well, onto the next eikon battle!

Great job. You are amazing at piano. It would take me months to do half of that half as good. Since you are so much better than me, I wish there was more focus on articulation. Some of the song is a ballad, sure. However, a lot of it is a march with extreme forward momentum. Your representation was very pulled back and the notes were just long in comparison with very little space between them. The violin part at the end is sassy as hell, yet it was played like a hymn.
Another incredible cover, very impressive. If you arrange sheet music I would once again appreciate it :)
Did not write down the sheet music actually. I will find time to complete the sheet music. Not sure if I could write out every note exactly the same as I played haha but I will try my best

This is awesome! Do you plan on releasing the notes? I'm trying to rearrange this into acoustic guitar and it's kinda hard to do by ear😅
