I love this man! I am 73 and used to teach Pilates. Long story short, lost my husband to a terrible disease and lost my drive. These are perfect workouts! You can do them in your climate controlled home and do as many as you feel like doing! You are helping so many people! God bless you!❤❤

I've been adding weights to a few of your workouts over the last several months so this workout was right up my alley. I also "jump rope" instead of walking in between the moves. Like fake jump rope. 😁 Keeps the heart rate in a good fat burning zone for me personally. Thank for continuing to post videos on YT. I appreciate it. 😊

I’m trying a new workout strategy every year. It’s more important than ever since I spend a lot of time sitting. These little workouts are perfect to get my daily extra steps in.
Love this video!!! Discovered your videos recently and enjoy moving with them tremendously. I would love to see a 3000 step walk (including butt kicks, leg lifts, punches, variety of moves) combining at the end this arms with weights video for 10 min for a total of 4500 steps. Would be an amazing 45 min workout. Thanks @get fit with Rick

Wow that was a totally new level.Rick. Managed all of it with 2kg weights. Heart rate 131 at the end - i'm 75 !!!!

Thanks again, Rick! I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago today. I made it through, although I did not "sprint" at the end or kick my butt! (The workout was just enough to kick my butt though!!) Time for some rest and ice!
