Wow, it is so amazing you can successfully beat egg white to stiff heavy foam witout sugar. How long did you beat by your hand mixer? What is yr brand? I should buy one because i cant add extra sugar due to illness. Thank you so much for your wonderful inspiration

You want to beat it until it holds a firm peak when you lift the whisk. Since there's no sugar, the meringue might be less stable, so it's best to quickly mix it with the banana base after whipping. As for the hand mixer, any brand that can whip well should work, but I personally use a Dretec hand mixer. I'm already doing it. However, I add circles cut of bananas 🍌 😋 and add buttermilk and voila. No wishing needed. I also use frying pan similar to your brand name. Yummy, simple also add whole wheat all-purpose flour.
