Hi Daisy, i’m living in the city of Arnhem, maybe a wellkown city? But i was Born on one off the Ilse’s in the SouthWest of Holland in 1961. Your probably not of my age? But i don’t know for sure! Hopefully you can still enjoy the music of Luke Kelly’s Dubliners and the very Many other Irishmen who make such góód music for us! Till later maybe.
love this. how many singers could stop during a song, admit they forgot the words and then carry on as if nothing had happened in that beautiful voice, luke kelly could. i love him
@@goofy79248 Memory loss is indicative of a Brain Tumor,it was such a tragedy and such a waste,I am sorry if you contrued my comment as ascribing culpability to him
@@BodhranBrian sorry for the late reply. Just thought it it was funny the way he played it off like nothing. Lukes death was no laughing matter and unfortunately a very slow and painful one. He didnt deserve such a short life. Still had so much more potential that we would never ever know about. Im just grateful that we have so many recordings of Luke. Not sure how he did it but he could get just the right emotions across in any song he sang. An extremely rare talent
