    Really impressive how officer Krejci explained to the staff how the law works and even recommended them to put up signs where members of the public aren’t allowed.

      Should she have known better? Yes. Does she deserve a second chance? Yes. She was mostly reasonable and cool-headed. Upon receiving the correct information from the police, she complied with the FOIA.

    I LOVE THIS OFFICER!!!! He straight up told them that their policy of not recording doesn't trump his right to record. I've watched several of these videos and literally had to stop working and look at this video cause I was shocked to hear an officer educating the facility. This is AMAZING!!!!     Some people say auditors haven't made a difference. This is one of the best 1a audits I have seen. This officers did the right thing and I'd bet much of his education comes from watching 1a auditors. He uses the same words.

    FOIA was enacted in 1966. It's not like it's a new law. How are so many public employees we see in these kinds of videos completely clueless about FOIA?

    It's possible that she's legally deaf rather than fully deaf. So the type of "deaf" where you can hear with a hearing aid.

    TTA you are the master of auditing sir and I like the way you have to teach these public employees how to do their jobs.
    THE staff seem to hate handheld cameras rather than provide a service.

    The officer Krejci did great, The Sgt seemed a bit slow to come round. The staff are now educated in TTA 101 . Book on out... :)
