Did you know that "Chocolate Journeys" chef, Norman Love started making his specialty chocolates in his garage years ago? They are so yummy! Eventually he opened a chocolateria on Daniels Road in Ft Myers. Now he has several more in the area and when I read that he was overseeing the chocolates and specialty desserts for Princess, it was all I needed to make cruising on Princess again a must! I took a chocolate making class from him at the Daniels Road location about 10 years ago.
Yay! Another cruise video!! I have over 470 days to count down to my next cruise! Oasis of the Seas!! It will be our first Royal Caribbean cruise! I'm very excited! You guys make the long wait so much easier with your videos! lol
I find it funny that you ladies have negative (or less positive) things to say about Carnival. I've been on 15+ cruises (on almost all lines) and continually have the best experiences on Carnival ships. Maybe because I leave from NYC, the service/staff and food is a better? Not too sure! I, for sure, have had the worst experience on Norwegian Sky, which is the same trip you took. I saw that you girls had the opposite experience, which is interesting. Anyway, keep up the videos! I binge watch your videos all day long. Guilty pleasure. Keep it up :)

Princess cruises seem to be for really older conservative ppl... but a very beautiful ship...
the watermelon and feta cheese thing sounds great! i'm hoping to go on a Princess in the next few years and I am so looking forward to the food. even on P&O I was hungry...my eyes are bigger than my stomach. XD
ok, just watching this video, and loving every last bite of it. question !! you guys seem to do so very much during the day, how do you keep up the pace, and when you go to bed at night, do you have an herbal tea before bed, and just fall asleep and sleep well ??? I don't think I could keep up with you guys ! well done !

I have you ladies tried using the Princess App? From what I read it has the guide in there so you don't have to carry the paper one around. I am going on my first Princess cruise this November and my third overall, can not wait! I used the NCL app on the Getaway earlier this year and thought it was great and convenient

Really liking this video series. So excited about the food and you guys are fun to watch. Very entertaining! BUT you guys are so wasteful with the food! You order more food than you eat and you waste a majority of it. Are you doing that just to show us all the variety for this blog series? If so, then totally understandable. Thanks for great content!
+thejusticejen Hi there! We order food because we want to eat it. If we don't eat it it's because we don't like it. Sometimes we wish we could just get the fish off a plate, or order a plate without the sides, but thousands of dishes a night are already plated so they bring you an entire plate, sometimes they bring you food you don't even ask for for you to try ... because it's there already, and will be wasted at the end of the day. Unfortunately waste is a huge part of cruising, even if you try not to waste. Thanks for watching & commenting!

Hey Amy, I love your videos. The only thing that I'm not sure of whenever I plan or if I plan to go cruising is that everything seems to be scheduled; breakfast, lunch, dinner, shows i can understand. It's like being back in the school cafeteria. LOL. And to me that makes for long lines, crowded areas, can't find anywhere to sit, can't eat because meal time is over...I could be wrong and just go with the fact that everything on the ship is not scheduled. Which one is it?
... I understand ... and agree ... tried to get reservations for ala carte dinner in Crown Grill...completely pre booked before the ship ever left the dock ... and that was LAST week....
... you have to book the shows ahead of time too...well at least that is how it went in 2019 ... things sure have changed tho...

There are several tips for saving money during cruise trips
Book restaurant packages. You can always save money by eating in the free dining venues.
Book spa treatments on port days. Spas often discount services on days in port or during other slow times.
Go on your own on shore trips. Cruise lines offer a variety of shore excursions in every port of call they visit but charge for them.
Save on your bar bill with discounted packages.
Don't waste your wine! If you order a bottle of wine with dinner and can't finish it, ask your waiter to cork it and save it for you for another night.
