I almost cried, but on the other hand, when you talk about excellence, if Mr Guru has had a decade or more to perfect or radically improve his plans but (obviously) still has room for much improvement, I'll leave the hero worship and expectation shaming to someone else. You took it upon yourself to explain some things for free that the guy getting the money didn't bother with.
