@ginevrapozzolini4338 you won't get bulky with these workouts. I also want to lose fat from my legs and I follow these workouts. The key is, I will tell you in the beginning, is to be consistent. Do it every day even if you don't want to. That's the only thing that will help
I've been doing Mary's routine for 3 months and a little more: 5min smaller waist, my favorite video that I do almost every day because it completely changed my waist. Adding "10 min glute bridge burn" (a month and a half, I noticed more firmness in my butt) and "10 min everyday abs workout" (I haven't completed a month yet but every day I improve the technique of breathing and contracting my abs, obviously complements with food).
