    Hi Mary, my name is Louise and I’m 19 years old. I have followed your workouts for a long time now. You have inspired me in so many ways. I have gained so much confidence and self love and self belief ever since I’ve started doing at home workouts. I would love to do what you do and create workout videos too and help people on their journeys of self love.       Oh wow did you see results with her workout? I just started but I’m worried that I will become bulky… I just want to lose some weight especially in the legs

      ​@ginevrapozzolini4338 you won't get bulky with these workouts. I also want to lose fat from my legs and I follow these workouts. The key is, I will tell you in the beginning, is to be consistent. Do it every day even if you don't want to. That's the only thing that will help

    I've been doing Mary's routine for 3 months and a little more: 5min smaller waist, my favorite video that I do almost every day because it completely changed my waist. Adding "10 min glute bridge burn" (a month and a half, I noticed more firmness in my butt) and "10 min everyday abs workout" (I haven't completed a month yet but every day I improve the technique of breathing and contracting my abs, obviously complements with food). Now I'm adding this one because I tried it and it's very knee friendly 🥹🙌
