Thanks so much Rebecca. I made the Copellia wrap top after seeing how lovely it looked on you and absolutely love it. I made it in a gorgeous deep dark chocolate brown heavy bamboo which has a little more weight than the normal weight bamboo. I live in North Queensland in Australia which is probably a little like Florida except perhaps a little hotter in high summer. I love your white trousers and will now make those in several neutrals. I learn so much from your design ideas, colour and fabric choices. Thanks for sharing your ideas with the sewing community. You rock ❤
Thanks so much Francesca! I'm sure your cardi looks amazing and I do love the feel of bamboo! I grew up in a much colder climate and it took so long to acclimate to the heat of summer here- but I kind of love it now. I'm so glad the videos are inspiring you- Happy sewing!
Thanks for sharing Rebecca. Your videos always contain informative and creative ideas. I love the Salsa garment, found it on Etsy and can’t wait to sew it!
Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed the video! The salsa blouse is a great pattern- the sewing workshop has some really nice designs to play around with.
Can you do a layering video or a whole capsule wardrobe for those of us living in Clearwater/ St Pete type areas. It's always humid and extremely sunny, so it's just HOT . Only in the dead of winter can we layer. It's still 90ish at Thanksgiving. Thank you
@@marlysmithsonian5746 I’m actually further south than you, near Ft. Lauderdale, and still add layers unless I’m in the shade. The trick is using really lightweight or cooling fabrics. I’ll be sharing my summer capsule in a few weeks though. Happy sewing!
@@SewPomona Thank you. Just FYI St Pete made the Guiness Book of World Records for being the sunniest city in the US. about 750 sunny days straight so this is the first summer in 4 years we've had rain. It's just been so shocking to NOT have the monsoon rains and clouds until this summer. It's cloudy in Tampa and coming over the bridge, it suddenly turns sunny, and never stops. LOL
Love your style. Great fabrics, great pattern choices, always impressed with your work.
Thank you so much Kay- really appreciate it! Happy sewing!

Hi Rebecca! Could you recommend a good pattern for a rashguard?
Hi! I’d suggest Jalie patterns. I also often just look for fitted turtleneck patterns. Hope that helps!
