Gina and Tom, when my husband and I got married, we had been living with students of Sonoma State and neither one of us had a job. Chris sold his car to buy my gold wedding band. We have now been married 54 years!
We’ve just had our 50th anniversary in August. Unfortunately my hubby is in Dementia Care skilled nursing so didn’t understand the importance of the day. But still, for better or worse!!❤
Watched the replay. There were a lot of great tips in this video. And that tag was so cute. Thank you for sharing. And also, thank you for the discount on those two Stamps sets.😊🤗
Missed the noontime show but caught you tonight and jut want to say that the tag was cute and I loved❤ the words of the day. I wish I could remember them all. 😂
Watching the replay tonight. Your father sounds like he was a hoot. I also am not good at spatter/ splatter. Love the Snowy Background for that technique .
Lovely! Gina, if you had used the snowfall stamp, would you use it with white pigment ink or white embossing and before Or after the blending and stamping?
First time here. Watching replay I’m wondering about the envelope that you put the foiled card stock in. Why doesn’t it seal cause I’m I’m wondering about using my laminator.
I had to watch the replay tonight. I was at grandsons state cross country meet. I have tried my best to blend like you do. What am I doing wrong😢?i use your inks and good heavy card stock. I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️
Cindy, is the cardstock smooth? I'm not an expert, but I think smoothness is more important than how heavy it is - from my experience. I tried several types of cardstock and the smoother the better to me. Beyond the paper, it's also a lot of practice... playing around with being light-handed vs heavy-handed to find what gets the best results for you. You'll get there! ❤
@ thank you. I thought it was smooth but maybe not. I’ll try to find smoother paper. And you’re right, the light handed and heavy handed have been difficult to do, consistently anyway. Thanks again. I’ll keep at it🙂
@@CindyJoyK-zn2or I do a fair bit of blending, Cindy, and sometimes I still have blends that don't turn out the way I wanted. They can still be used, though! Add splatters and other things that could "hide" the parts you aren't super pleased about. Put embellishments or focal points on them. Die cut the blends for lovely sentiments or shadows behind the sentiments. NONE of it is completely unsalvageable. You will get there. ❤
From Canada here: The shipping fee is definitely very reasonable, but within about the last year sometime, the duties have really kicked in, so between the exchange and the duties, it can become quite expensive. For example, I had an order about $200 and, in addition to the exchange, I had about $45 to pay in duties and fees when the package arrived. NOT Gina K's fault. Part of shopping internationally. That has also started with other US companies, too, so I think it's just that Customs has been cracking down on it. Sharing just as an FYI so nobody gets the shock I got the first time it happened.😊
Duty will happen no matter what, unfortunately. We have no control of that. And it seems to be a bit hit or miss! Hopefully the cheaper shipping helps offset that a bit.
You all are so heartwarming My husband and I will be married 29 years next month He is still the best most honorable man I know and I thank God for him. I wonder what each of you would say is the secret to a happy lasting marriage?
My mom and dad had been married 65 years when he died. My husband and I have accrued 33 years married, and my sister has 25. We haven’t had many divorces or murders in our family though!

@GinaKDesigns-StampTV Absolutely! Definitely not a criticism of Gina K Designs. ❤️ Just a heads up in case someone isn't aware.🙂
