I know this video was uploaded 5 years ago but how did they hold up? I’m looking to replace my 10 year old Nike lunar flyknit 1s. I work 8-10hrs a day. Are they as lite as the lunars. Will they support my ankles and lower back till the end of the day?

No, wear the same size. So size 9 is good.

The 2017 frees I have aren't very comfortable and it's to the point that if I have a choice I don't wear them. I might do a video review on it. I had the OG frees and I feel like the comfort has slowly gone downhill since then(not talking about cushioning, just to clarify). I feel like the free run line is going to die soon as the epic react is taking over.
Yeah definitely. Before they used to have a scale on how much cushioning on a scale from 1.0 to 5.0, but they gave that up since they are trying to promote the epic reacts.

how does the sole performs in comparison with lunarlons and nike air?
The shoe is more flexible and lighter than the Lunarlons and the air. It isn't as cushiony as the lunarlon and isn't as springy as the air. Doesn't do well in the rain as the other two. But it really gives you more of a feel with the ground. It also doesn't have as much support as the other two, like in the ankles. But at the same time it offers a lot of breathability.

How did you convert between women's and men's sizes?
There is a conversion somewhere on their website
@@mightymadrista511 I guess the conversion is to convert between US sizes. I think the UK sizes are the same for both men and women as they work out to the same size EU.

If I were you, I'd say you should go with the 2017. Because I felt like the quality was better and I prefer it in terms of looks too. It'll save you money too, cause $120 is a bit too much.

Flyknit or not Flyknit? Why?
Well if you want a light shoe, with alot of breathability you should go with flyknit. But if you want a durable shoe, with more cushioning, go with the regular free runs.

Thanks for taking time to listen to what I had to say man. I thought maybe I was being rude but give it a shot anyways lol thanks for positive feedback on me. One thing I wanted to know for this shoe was if the heel sits secure while running. Some runners like me always get dubious about thin light runners containment.
Yeah I know what you mean. For me personally I felt like the heel sat secure for the most part, since the elastic top line kind of holds you foot in place. Sometimes it does move. But everybody has different feet, so depending on your shoe size and how thick your socks are, you may have a different experience. Personally when it comes to shoes like these, its best if you try them on at a store.
Nobody is buying free runs because Nike have completely ruined them since the free Flyknit 3.0 and 4.0 era. The 2017 version are utter shit because of how cheap they look, how cheap they feel by hand and when in foot. The 2018 look better until you get to the back (wtf is going on with the mid sole). Nike really need to up their game because adidas are killing it right now and Nike seem to be on the back foot releasing over priced garbage.
Agreed free runs are coming to an end. But I think they realize that with releasing the epic reacts and the vapormax. But, the vapormax is over priced and not well liked. And the epic reacts seems like a huge disappointment, since it was too overhyped. Personally adidas ultraboost is a shoe I am not a fan of, since it feels too tight and doesn"t seem like there is any air flow, which made some people angry in my latest video. But they are releasing a climacool version, so that might change my mind. But right now, adidas is on top for sure.
MightyMadrista I sent my epic reacts back because They were too narrow, didn’t feel anything like boost and because they added about 2 inch on to your height. Vapormax are well overpriced and again too narrow, and ugly. The clima ultra boosts are already out. I think they look great on picture but on feet they look to bulky for me, being a size 10.5.
Oh shoot they are out, might have to cop. So what is your go to shoe then?
