Nike's minimalist shoe? Nike Free Run 5.0 Review

I have 6 pairs of these, and these are definitely the best Nikes I’ve ever owned, even after getting a few pairs of free run NXs, this is the most comfy shoe I’ve ever owned. I work all day in these, woodworking and building as well as daily wear.
Also, the colorway you’re showing is my favorite one by far.

I purchased the all black Nike free rn 5.0 next nature at the Nike outlet here in North Georgia. I only bought these to wear during my bodyweight tabata workouts I perform in my garage. Or, sometimes, I do ten sets of ten of push-ups, air squats, and crunches for time. This lightweight shoe is functional for that purpose. Outside of that, I totally agree with your review.

Just picked up a second pair of these after wearing my first pair for 3 years. Gonna keep buying these as long as Nike keeps making them. Most comfortable/lightest shoe I've ever owned.

I'm saying it's a cop for sure. A transition to the rising community of barefoot footwear was exactly what I needed :D ty nike! Unfortunately this specific colorway isn't available in EU and the other ones look kinda boring... :(

Hi! Amazing review. Are these pairs true to size? or is it better to buy 1 size larger to make it more comfortable?
Because the last Nike Free I used was 1 size bigger than the size I usually use (EUR 43/43.5).

thanks! these ran true to size to me. if anything a half size smaller than normal.

Nike Free Metcon 5 is a good general- purpose training shoe if you’re doing agility training + some weights.

I wear an 11 in converse, and for these to not overflow I have to go 12.5
