What do YOU use to keep your team focused inside of ClickUp? I'd love to hear your go-to structures in the comments! (Also, HUGE thank you to subscribers Ary A, Mark S, and Marketing H. for notifying me about an issue with the original upload of this video.)
This was extremely helpful as all of your videos have been. I am new to Project Management in Software Dev and this is clearing away the confusion cobwebs. Thank you so much for deciding to focus your efforts into all things Click Up!
Is there a way to add/see the recommended videos that you mention on this video. I remember there were some, but I didn't want to leave this video at the time to watch. Now, I can't find them. Thanks! I am definitely assigning aspirational due dates and then constantly "kicking the can."
If you hover over the video, there’s an “i” or info icon in the top right. If you click it, you should see all mentioned videos. We also include some in the description! ☺️
I'm back on another video of yours. Time to create a dashboard for an internal team at work. The folder and list structure is too complicated for them so I think a dashboard will be great to position the right info in front of their eyes when they need it.
Hey Carlos! Just getting caught up on comments🙈 Depending on the project, we use folders at Team ProcessDriven. This keeps everything in one space but still organized.
Hey Layla, I'm the COO of a company and have found your videos useful. Our teams use clickup and I'm trying to create an overall dashboard that not only has my lists and tasks in my space, but also utilized the tasks from within individual depts spaces/lists. I know of the function to add tasks into multiple lists, but I can't get those tasks to roll up as a sub-task in my global view, which makes them orphaned up the top with no real link to other workstreams. Do you have any advice on how to manage the company in one view whilst utilizing the tasks that the teams are using?

Thanks Joel! And wow -- that would be a great feature indeed! The ability to filter or customize that Who's Behind Widget would make a huge difference!
I have designed Clickup to be a diagnostic laboratory task management system, 1 aspect of this is our service workload management. We use forms to enter in different workloads that exist within the system, that then utilises automations to build a task list of the most pressing workloads that need to be completed within the whole system, rather than 7 teams of 5 only dealing with their work loads and having no visibility of what the other teams are dealing with. It allows that capacity defense to be implemented, for hive working to happen. I really need clickup to build numerical custom field triggers (eg >200), then it could be even better

Sounds awesome, Will! I'm glad I could help :)
Layla, it would be very useful to see how do you recommend to manage multiple projects in a single Space. Do you create Folders or List?
U need to create folder.

Great video as always! thank you. I wish there would be a filter for uncleared notifications only older than 24 hours

Hey Ross! Just getting caught up on comments🙈
But agreed! I hope they get this soon!
I use Dashboards as my inbox and it is freaking awesome. The only thing missing is the calendar view widget.
Hey Artur! Just getting caught up on comments🙈
I love that you found what works for you!
