ClickUp has all the normal project management features you expect, but here are two next-level things I love ❤️ 1. Time Tracking in the task - know how long each task takes so you can plan better next time 2. Task Dependencies - need to finish one task in order to complete another? It's easy in ClickUp. What do you want to know more about?
This was very helpful. I'm a bit frustrated because I've watched several videos and still don't know how to access the task list except inside a space. If I dd a task from top how do I assign to a space?
How to create new sprints and move incomplete tasks from old sprints, while also keeping incomplete tasks in old sprint? So we have record of what tasks we have worked in pasts sprints, I know we can move tasks, but..
The problem with using these apps with teams is everyone has different preferences for how to work and different skills levels. I can't imagine some of my team mates being able to use something this complex, so I would own it.
I’d really like to try out ClickUp, but I’m so satisfied with Todoist right now… It seems really powerful though (and I know it has many more features than Todoist)

Just starting to use Clickup at the office. Thank you, Matt, for the overview. This was very helpful.
One of the most straightforward and clear presentation on intro to ClickUp 👍
Thanks Matt ,I learned many things by this video.
Glad to hear it!
Thank you Matt! This was very helpful. I feel more confident using this at my new job as well as for my podcast. Awesome!
Glad it was helpful!
Great overview Matt!
Thanks Francesco!
Thanks for this example Matt. I’ve looked into Click up for possible program management with my team at work. This was great to see and check out.
Fantastic and very helpful! A friend from early Podia days.
Love to see it!!

Having gone through Clickup University, I'm familiar with Clickup but this was still a really helpful walkthrough Matt!
Glad it was helpful!
1:40 How deep can dependencies go? 2,3 or 20, or unlimited?

I love seeing you apply your philosophy with this kind of project management tool. I would be really curious to see what you think of Sunsama.
Thanks Lance!
I tried ClickUp a few years ago and found it horribly slow. Has that been fixed?
impressive video
Great video, wish you didn't have the background music.
Have since fixed this

it is okay to not look at camera
Youz look like Twitter Jack and Ryan Reynolds
Thumbs down because of the unnecessary, migraine-inducing, constantly-distracting background music/noise. WTF?
Thanks for the feedback, have made changes in the 2 years since this video was made :)

I hope you do and let me know If I can help you in any way!
Is there a way to view all the tasks and projects in the form of a hierarchical structure chart or flow chart?
