I love my Diamondback, and she was my first. The second set of pellets was definitely better. I think it was more that she likes heavier lead, than any improvements from ole Papa T. Thanks, as always, for stopping by Hank. Stay safe over there.

I think you might have a bad barrel, unless your stock and scope mount screws are not tight or your scope is not trashed.
You could try doing a pellet to bore test, pushing a pellet through the barrel slowly, searching for loose areas.
If you have a pellet free fall through the barrel, then you have a bad barrel.
The barrel could also be full of burs especially at the muzzle causing pellets to fly wildly.
    Have a great day!😃👍

Hey Chuck, I appreciate the feedback! You think it's more than Papa T factor, and I love it. I have not checked screws in a while, and I definitely should. I will also give the bore test a shot, that is breech to muzzle direction like when shooting? I appreciate your experience and feedback.

      You are welcome brother!
I had a similar problem the other day.

Video maybe (probably) eventually coming of it, but ended up both forward stock screws half turn loose and my dovetail to pic came loose during a different video. Everything else I checked was snug as a bug.
Also did bore test, no free fall until end of barrel where they dropped into factory shroud/air stripper. Seals good at breech. I can't really see the crown end to check for issues as it's hidden about 2-4 inches up the shroud.

The only break barrel i have is the Crosman Shockwave.
I stopped testing, the best I could come up with was 1.5 at 20 yards!🙄

There are a lot of factors that go into the accuracy of a break barrel, especially on budget models. Have to find the way they want to be held as well as pellet preference.
My Diamondback seems to like heavier pellets, and for now those Normas are doing well in it. Eventually I will get some more heavy options to try with it as well. Thanks for watching.
