It's called The Flehmen response , a reaction to a sight or scent an animal knows is familiar with or interested in . Now where are the comments " poor horse is thirsty " " poor horses left standing for hours " . Notice the horses are attended to before the Troopers ! The Trooper in camo got a shower care of the horse , that's called sharing 😂😂😂
I think the horses just enjoy the attention. Those who claim the horses are poorly treated really need their heads examining.
