Cycling is what I'm currently looking into. It's why I clicked on this video, actually! Personally, I got my answer out of this video, but I do think we need more content overall about how to schedule product use. Thanks so much for this vid!
I am new at skin care (male 62) other than just soap, only skin medication I used was acne stuff decades ago. I have included peptides, and micro needling into my routine now. so at night 1> Wash face with rice type foam cleanser 0.5% acidic. 2> Apply copper peptide 1% (currently making this myself using powder etc.) 3> Use cosrx 6 peptide essence. The reason I apply peptides, is I do not want absolutely anything that will block the penetration of the peptides through the skin barrier. I allow 10-15 minutes go by before next step. 4> Toner (use a heartleaf toner at night, centella asiatica in the morning). 5> Tretinoin 0.025% used about 3-4 nights a week. I do not use retinoids on nights I exfoliate or use microneedles. 6> Moisturizer (HA) Morning, 1> Wash face with centella foam cleanser. 2> Apply copper peptides 3> Apply Cosrx 6 peptide essence. >wait for both to penetrate and dry< 4> Niacinamide moisturizer (I will be switching to the Anua pink bottle soon) 5> vitamin C serum. 6> Sunscreen. I also do red light mask a couple times a week. As you can see, I went from basically doing nothing to going full out. yes I have had good results even though I have only been doing this stuff for a few months. Any comments or suggestions?
