    I did this for 30 days here are the result
    - my arms did actually grow and viens started to appear
    -but not by that much
    These excercise are only for beginners but i recommend to buy some dumbells and do these instead
    - diamond pushups
    - hammer curls and normal curls
    - wrist curls
    -bed dip down pushup
    Also diet is a major thing so dont forget that and eat well

    I don't know why many people don't know this, but you can use russian dumbbells to flex your interior and posterior forearms.

    Dumbbell exercises work well for forearms as you are forced to hold the weight while working other muscle groups at the same time.

    In 4 weeks i am seeing exponential growth, would recommend to use every single day, at least 7 hours a day, for at least 8 weeks. I will keep posting my growth. Thank you five minute fitness for this blessing of a workout, really helps to come closer to my goal being sam sulek.

    Just 'deadhang' for a few minutes every day. Very effective. If you can do it for 1 min without training you are in good starting shape.

    Day:1-My forearm is about 8 inches

    Update!: so yea they did grow! But to be honest i dont think its cuz of these exersices because i honestly did them only 3 times in thw whole 7 days. They grew becayse I used dumbbells also

      Bro just sit on a chair, and perform the exercise no. 2 on wall.......exercise 3, this is a higher progression so just flex your muscles and movements in air only don't apply any force on knuckles yet......instead of exercise 4 you hold weights, or fill a bucket with water and try to hold it with forearms straight...
