Bro just sit on a chair, and perform the exercise no. 2 on wall.......exercise 3, this is a higher progression so just flex your muscles and movements in air only don't apply any force on knuckles yet......instead of exercise 4 you hold weights, or fill a bucket with water and try to hold it with forearms straight...
