Thank you so much for this Aloo ki Sabzi recipe. I accidentally watched your Amritsari Chole recipe yesterday and I tried it first time in my life. All I know is how to make tea and first time in my life I gave it a try to your chole recipe. Sounds like I had to collect million different masale and all that but it was easy. It came out delicious. Everyone loved it and this morning I tried your Aloo ki Sabzi. Same results. Amazing Sabzi. My family is calling me now Chef Vinnie. LOL.
