Bethenny was awful to LuAnn. The thing with Bethenny is that she likes to keep a score card of everything in a friendship to somehow use against the other person later on when she’s upset with them. She did it to Jill and she did it to Carole.
Sure, she got LuAnn into rehab “for free”, but she held it over her head and constantly attacked LuAnn’s character. To me, that’s not a good friend.
