- How to get leads in Real Estate for free - in today's video I am sharing with you some ways that I have tried before to get FREE buyer and seller leads as a Real Estate agent in any market.
Some of the ways I talk about include making real estate videos, for sale by owners, expired listings, posting your listings on craigslist, how to use facebook and social media for realtors, open houses, working your sphere of influence and getting referrals.......and MORE.. How to get leads without spending money in Real Estate. Everything I talk about is based off of my personal experience and what has worked for me. I have tried many lead sources that you pay for including buying zillow leads, paying for facebook ads, and more. These methods have worked better for me, personally.

I am just going to be bluntly honest and I am starting to hate real estate. Its my first year I had nothing but bad experiences so far but when I watch your videos I get re motivated and want to try again. You seem normal everyone I have met acts like they are gods gift to real estate.

Hey girl! I hear and see your hubs is great with expired listings. Can you do more videos on his calls, how he approached them? And maybe any you do too- I know you rock FSBO’s too. Hi Mariah, great video...you're so personable and authentic! It is interesting how different generations often prefer to communicate with each other. I like your honesty on sharing which prospecting systems you like and don't like. I've taught in-person home buyer workshops for a long time...but the past few years the numbers are way down, including now dealing with COVID. I'm now looking into ways to teach the workshops online.

Your video on picking a brokerage is actually how I decided on the Keller Williams brokerage in my city. I'd love to get on your referral list if you have any clients that need to relocate to the Gulf Coast of Alabama. We have a huge Coast Guard base in Mobile and an Airforce base nearby in FL.....tons of annual relocations through that. There's also a huge inventory of beachfront vacation and rental properties. Hey!! Thanks for watching! I just use iMovie and keep it simple. It is super easy to use. If you don't have a Mac, just use whatever comes with your computer to start off with and it should work out just fine :) good luck!!!

That’s a good question!! I know that some states didn’t allow it, I’m pretty sure you can where I’m at but I don’t think many people would be doing that rigjt now just because some people may get upset and still be scared. I would recommend just canvassing an area with flyers:)
Why wouldn't the other agent just put their own listing on Craig's List and bypass you? If you can easily do it so can they. And double-ending...BAAAD idea!
We double end many deals & maybe it’s because there’s two of us so (sometimes not always) we each represent a client, but we are very careful to do it all correctly and have great results!
