for the eye loop, you dont have to dublicate all the layers again and again and offset them in the timeline. Just make those 3 layers last as long as your composition and alternate their opacity with keyframes. You have 3 layers: then layer 1 opacity 100% for 6 frames, layer 2 0% opacity , layer 3 0% opacity, next 6 frames layer 1 0% opacity, layer 2 100%, layer 3 0%. and just dublicate those keyframes, that way your pc wont lag :D

i know this comment is irrelevant to the video but do you know how to create a rgb split effect, but its applied and looks different, its hard to explain but it like uses a duo tone of red and blue which create a yellow/red and blue/cyan rgb split effect look, it also involves a chromatic setting, with the effects motion tile, rgb shift and duo tone, please do an effect on how to apply this setting
