Actually, Tyr lost during his battle with Galakrond, so instead he and the other keepers blessed the five aspects with their power and said aspects went APESHIT with such power. It was the aspects that killed him.

This video should have been released before the expansion reveal. It would have added tons of hype and speculation to Dragonflight. Kind of ruined it already knowing about the dracthyr etc. Very nice showing none the less.

This Nozdormu could be from the past before Cata - he can travel through time like the rest of the bronze. Or, he could still have some of his powers, enough to do this.
They lost most of their powers, but not all of it, and they still can use everything that can do normal dragons, Bronze dragons always were able to travel in time, see and show possible future and the past, so there is nothing strange in Nozdormu's abilities
He said "was the aspect of time" in past tense. So that still stands. In the cata cinematic they said their powers will WANE over time. Time is longer for dragons since they are immortal. DO the math
And then in 10.2.5, Nozdormu reveals with his dying breath that he was created by The Jailer just so he could manipulate time to bring him back, leading to the ultimate WoW expansion, World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor 2 - Battle for Shadowlands.
Absolutely zero of them here. Course, people like you would never know that because they don't read quest text. The last Retcon Blizz did was back in Warcraft 3 when they brought the Draenei in after claiming they'd all died in the WC2 manual.
