Never use thermoplastics for electrical insulation,(like the melted bottle cap shown here),it can catch fire.Always make sure you insulate electrical connections with a thermoset plastic which will not melt or catch fire.VERY IMPORTANT..

Today i request you to post a detailed video on the making of projector with the high end smartphone displays like galaxy s4 screen and with some LED light behind it and with some heat sink, cooling fan, magnifying glass (or) lenses (mention the units of lenses and their capacity) and with a wooden box (or) shoe box with measurements.And please post the detailed connection circuit diagrams, so that we can understand easily. Please try to make the very quality image productive projector, so that everybody can make their own and enjoy cinema experience at home. I had searched whole internet but didn't find any good info. So i am requesting you.I hope you will accept my request and soon post a video. Thanking You in Advance.....

I cut the neck off and sand it down till it's smooth. I found a small glass lens, cut a hole in the cap and sanded it untill the hole was smooth and can hold the lens. I made a magnifying eyeloup, and it works fine!

maybe not for traveling, but if you're broke af like me it helps for securing soldered wires.
