If you shove a camera in somebodys face and ask them what they think about a product they will naturally speak positively about it because they feel like they may get one right then and there for free. Well from the video, the "new" iPhone seemed like it was brand new. This is why it felt lighter. The battery is not fully charged when the phone ships as not to damage the battery inside. When a phone gets charged, the phone may get appreciatively heavier. Also, when you download apps and other programs, the phone gets noticeably slower. This is why everybody is making those claims. However, consumers should be knowledgeable about what they're buying. How do you not know what you're getting?
it gets heavier when you charge it. lol
also, since they were outside, the phone had been collecting rays from the sun that would have made it considerably heavier. but you can offset this extra weight by playing some music or video on it to release some of that stored up energy and battery power.

(Edited) iPhone 6 user here. I find this video hilarious!! Even back when I had a flip phone and smartphones came out, I still kept my flip phone. All it could do on my plan was text and play Tetris. I didn't get all jealous of others and diss the newer products to make myself feel better. What I had worked at the time. And when it got too old, I got the iPhone 4. Fast forward to now and just last month upgraded to the iPhone 6. This obviously isn't everyone's story but that's how it played out for me. So it's okay, if you want, you can laugh at Apple jokes. Just don't get all defensive, lol. It's a phone.

topgum I was a kid in Middle School but now it's different and years have passed. I didn't need to have a smartphone when I was 14, for example. I didn't have a laptop back then either but now I do because I've got work to do. (Quite on the contrary to not being bright... obviously!)

The iPhone that they were testing was actually iPhone 4 and not the iPhone 4S because by the little hole where you put in your headphones is there a black line. That black line isn't there on the iPhone 4S

Apparently, after a while, your iPhone breaks down and gets slower. If you compare a brand new iPhone 4s to a used iPhone 4s you will see the new one to be way faster. Or it could just be their service that is slow.

Charlotte salcedo Specs are merely a tool for performance. They're not the point of the phone. For most people, who aren't into heavy gaming and DSLR-like quality cameras, the specs are almost entirely insignificant, especially if the hardware and software are optimized for each other.

I think these people were trying to be polite and felt obligated to make a comparison, even if they may not have noticed a difference. After all, they believed it was an iphone 5 and saying there was no difference might seem rude or make them look dumb. It's the "placebo effect", and basically sets up for an expected response.

Yeah, that much I knew. They compared the 1.4Ghz Single Core Lumia 900 to the iPhone 4s and even with the large speed difference, it still came pretty close to beating it. I'm really into phone tech, and I've never seen a phone like this that has that kind of hardware specifications but still is so lean on top of that.
I don't know how much more they can improve these smart phones. Because of their size they can only reach so much memory and processing ability.

I am also an American, but I still see things for what they are. In current standings, the U.S. is rated as being only the 7th most economically competitive (good standing) country. Switzerland is the first. The U.S. is also sadly lagging behind other countries in Education when we have much more resources than India (one of the countries higher ranked in Education). No one should ever put down any group people like abc2k12 did, but the days of the U.S. being "the best" are quickly fading...

Samsung Galaxy S4 is out now, and it is 2x faster than the iPhone 5 according to Geekbench 2 tests (and that is with the slower quad-core GS4, not the octacore version). GS4 also has Full HD 1080p display with 440ppi compared to the iPhone 5's HD 330ppi display.

The iPhone 4 between the earphone conector and the on/off button on the top of the iPhone, have a black risk to separate the antenas and the iPhone 4S does't !! The black risk on iPhone 4S to separate the antenas is located on the both sides of the phone, thats why I'm sure about that!!!! Just for you know the antenas of the iPhone is the piece of metal that covered the sides, top and button of the iPhone, and the black risk was made to separate the CDMA, Wi-Fi antena receptors!!!
