Great vid! My favourite cars are from the 90s, but I have to admit that there was some kind of an "engineering peak" during the SLS era. Lots of NA engines (Ferrari, BMW and others) pushed to its limits! 😍
Kid wel grown man in a candy shop. Thanks for producing a sweet video and bringing us along for the ride in something special. V8 mentalist what a sound track. 😎
Kinda reminds me of my LC500 cabrio. Big sonorous engine in a drop top to better listen to the soundtrack. The Lexus is only missing about a liter and 100 HP. Love the SLS! Thxs man
Great review of a truly lovely German muscle car. So sad that N/A large capacity engines are gradually disappearing from the performance car world. The Tudor Black Bay with the Red dial looks great as well.
Mercedes improved the gearbox software for the SLS GT at the end of the run and you can get the software updated so worth checking this car has that. What makes the spec right on this one is the Ride Control Suspension - it completely changes the way the car can handle British B-roads but the market/experts do'nt always notice this.
@@scd Hey, if you think it is, then, who am I to argue; just my opinion. If there is nothing wrong with it and no up coming nasty surprises and you're going to flip it, then yea, I guess it is.
I would have to sell everything I have, House car etc, and it would by far not be enough. And thats the Main Problem on our Planet. Rich people can get easily even richer. And they do IT. Sure. But what is with the other 90% of mankind. Mister, Mister: this unrighteousness will someday have an end.
I have a 6.2L NA V8 in my C8 Corvette. There is one around every corner here in North America and it's rear mid-engine too. Nice interior stitching, full nappa leather, and folding retractable hard top. Not sure what I'm exactly missing that's so special here.
The SLS isn’t about the numbers, it’s about the experience. Stunning car.
It really is!
I am enjoying mine since 11 years and I'm driving it with the top down only. It's a true keeper 😍
Love that! What colour is yours?
I love this car It’s a reminder of what AMG used to be
So true!
That sound is wild!!!
The best sound!!
yeah let me quickly check my bank account...
Hurry!
Nice Tudor mate
Thank you 🙏

*Just put a deposit down now ..... I'll come on the channel when Ive got it !!!!*
Crazy ! Congrats 🎉
These 6.2l AMG V8s sound like thunder, especially on a G wagon. Ferocious!
Buy one while I can?
So never then.
One of those underrated cars!
@@scdunderrated ? At what price ??

They are sooo rare!
Very beautiful car, the sls is so special indeed, thanks for the review!
Glad you liked it!
True 6.3 💪
Not being funny but wasn’t it a 6.2?
Great dealer and great review thank you
Thanks for watching!

One of my favourite vehicles….. true looking muscle car without any steroid assistance…..!
So pure!
You don’t give us enough reviews
More incoming! We’re back!!
V8 👍🤘
So glad I bought my coupe when I did and have enjoyed every one 7000 miles I have done in it since.
🙌🙌🙌🙌
It has a different sound because its a flat plane crankshaft ;)
I never could
I do like the SLS Roadster, but it basically has the same engine as R230 SL63 AMG, and that is a genuine luxury cruiser. Tough one this.
Tough indeed!
Cracking value for money my arse.
In grand scheme of things it is?

You keep saying 6.2 but the badge is 6.3. Is my Southern english misunderstanding you British english?
Well it’s a 6.2L engine 🫠
Mercedes tacked on 6.3 for marketing, but the engine is in fact a 6.2

In Sierra Leone someone is Happy If he gets a rusty bed for 3€ for which he saved Money several month. And you need 30 Cars. Sure!!
560hp NA is really good. Even for today’s date. Too bad it’s a convertible
Titre...😂😂😂😂😂😂
Without the doors, it’s just an expensive SL.
It's fine if you believe this, leaves this for the rest of us. lol
Ehhhh.... Not really. Beautiful video thiugh

I have a C8 Z06 and the SLS is special. Sometimes I prefer driving one over the other.
Very cool!
@@mpodobnik That's cool you can afford both, but I still don't get what's special about the SLS, especially one without the gullwing.
