Love watching your videos Steve-O. I am 40 and grew up watching you. Also grew up with the same habits. Today I am almost 1 year sober. I never thought I'd see you get better, or myself. I'm going through a fractured disc right now. The brace is custom made and it's so tight i can hardly breathe and the pain Killers don't even touch it . Glad to be alive 😊

@@alexmartinez-rl1fvdoes that tattoo mean they're the exact opposite of "love, light, and positivity"? Does it mean "die, murder, and harm" or something? Jfc...
Positivity not positively
Great interview steve-o, loved the stories and questioning. General banter was banger. Great podcast
Grew up watching Chris and admiring his magic and now as an adult I still admire him for how wise he is.
Such an amazing video!! Please don’t get discouraged Steve-O you’re doing so well 💓
Dont let negative comments bring you down man. People can get jealous af at times. Love your content bro
Damn - gained a shit ton of respect for Criss after this interview... Kinda felt like he was a washout when he was younger but he explains it.. completely transparent of his past and I'm loving how he is accepting of it and moved on like he describes in this interview.. glad to see him so knowledgeable too
Steve-o , always enjoy your brutal honesty. Watching you helped me be honest with my alcohol issues. Great guest choice. Following a similar path rediscovering faith.
Steve, this is such a good podcast because you let your guests talk. You are great at getting people to open up, but you are even better at LETTING THEM SPEAK. Great work!
I have been clean off of meth, heroin and fentanyl for 3 years now and I am so grateful. And steve-o very proud that u have gotten clean and got ur life together. Congrats 🎉👍🏻
This interview made me gain so much more respect for Criss Angel.
Getting home from school and watching Mind Freak is a core memory from my childhood
That was class when he paused and said "I can't say" when asked what the name of the show was that was cancelled in Vegas.
Joan rivers I’m thinking
Sigfried and Roy???
@@andreadaniel4291He said “god rest her soul” right after.
For the first and only time in the interview, he refused to drop a name. How is that class?
@@FCKfear Do you think he did it without reason? Some things you can say, some things you can't.
It's pragmatic to hold back where it is pertinent to do so, and go forwards where it is pertinent to do so; I would call that 'class' myself.
STEVE-O!!! AWESOME EPISODE, DON'T LET THE NEGATIVITY BRING YOU DOWN, WHAT YOU DO IS MORE WORK AND TIME THAN ANYBODY COULD FATHOM, YOU ARE A LEGEND AND I CAN'T WAIT TO KEEP WATCHING THIS CHANNEL
34:45, Steve-O looks like he's doing his best not to burst into tears while listening to the details of Chris Angel's son. I hope he had a great life however short. RIP Johnny Christopher ✝
@brettburnside1457 His son isn't dead. Johnny's cancer went into remission 2 years ago. Criss mentioned in this video that Johnny is currently in school and doing well!
That story about David Blaine wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting. Basically, he’s just a bit weird. That’s it.
In any case, Criss seems like a wonderful person. Super talented. I’m happy for him.
Yeah which shouldn't exactly surprise anyone
Love watching your videos Steve-O. I am 40 and grew up watching you. Also grew up with the same habits. Today I am almost 1 year sober. I never thought I'd see you get better, or myself. Watching you through the years gave me hope and I was jealous of how you were doing. Against all odds we did it. You are such a chill and humble dude, that you remind me of myself in that; you want everyone you interact with to be happy and enjoy life no matter what were the guys that would talk down all of their depressed and or suicidal friends, while battling with it daily. Depression is intense and frustrating to pinpoint. Being off drugs helps a lot with that, but still I live with it everyday. Love ya brotha stay strong 💯
4 days after this post my wife of 9 years left me 🤣😑
Things happen. Keep the perspective. Don't hold on too it. We are not always going to get along with each human. As long as you keep your light; stay strong.
This guy is awesome. Honestly I don't watch a lot of these episodes because no offense, some of the people I just don't find that interesting, but Criss is the exception. He's very interesting. Very intelligent, really enjoyable person to listen to. So wise. So honest. Such an inspirational speaker. I've loved magic since I was a child and Criss is definitely a favorite of mine. I've never seen him live but I hope to one day. Loved his television show. This was a great video. Thsnks.✌️
I've been a fan of Criss since his TV series Mindfreak. I just recently saw him in Veags at his show Mindfreak and was one of the lucky people he pulled on stage with him. What a great guy. I was so thrilled to be right next to one of my favorite celebrities
I got to see Skid Row 2 times in the 80s & early 90s.
Once they opened for Bon Jovi in 1989 (maybe 88. I was 8 or 9) and this was when Skid Row FIRST BROKE INTO THE SCENE! they were TEARING IT UP AND ROCKING THE WORLD!
Then I got to see them open for Aerosmith in 1990.
BACH sounded EFFING INCREDIBLE live too!!!
Good you brought up NDE experiences. I can tell those people are talking from there soul. Our lives do not end. I’m glad you guys have grown in love on your journey. Best to you all. Much respect. Maybe David hasn’t figured it out yet in his journey.
The Blaine story was a bit underwhelming tbh 🤷🏼♂️
He basically just explained being famous and having to compete with people lol
I'm glad you're feeling better. Ride the waves ❤
I had the BIGGEST crush on Criss Angel as a middle schooler 😅 I was obsessed with his shows, music, even got his magic kit and would film myself 😂 so glad you guys had him on!
Don’t let negativity or negative comments get you down! You been an inspiration to lots of us
Steve o is such a great listener n Chris is so interesting. Great show guys. 🔥🔥🔥
You never hear of a Hearst pulling a U-Haul.. kinda deep. Love it.
What's a Hearst ?
@@NECRONOMICON7-7-7 Hearse, auto-correct, get over it.
@@RVmotoTravel Lol, BS. Why would auto-correct change your word from hearse to a word that doesn't exist? How long did it take you stop saying people who can't hear are death?
@@orvil9223 😂🤣😉
@@RVmotoTravel why are you lieing . Now you have been caught . What else have been untrue about ?
Steve-O, man. Every time I watch your videos, it just puts me in a better place mentally and emotionally. Your presence makes everything seem lighter and laughable. It's a bummer you've had a tough couple months. Never underestimate how valuable your presence and podcasts are for us. I am sure I am not the only person who thinks so. Take care of yourself and don't let those mean voices get you 💪 stay awesome
Great podcast! Sending love Steveo. Hope you’re feeling better soon.♥️
Praying for anyone here who doesn't know Jesus. Give Him a try..Stevo-o was talking about lacking peace in his life .. getting down...Belief in Jesus WILL bring you an ultimate peace and joy that YOU CAN'T buy at any price. It happened to me! Please listen to what I'm saying. Jesus loves you. You will have NO more worries about what lies ahead.❤
Great Interview, Huge Criss Angel Fan ....My Greek🇬🇷 Brother.
Thanks Steve-O ❤keep it up big dawg!!!!🤘🤘🤘
The thing that stuck out to me most about this conversation was when Chris is talking about doing something you love as a career, instead of something you don't enjoy. He actively avoids using the word "hate", which I find so cool. It's something my mother tried to impress upon me since I was little (though I am not very good at it but trying lol)
😂😂😂 i love the "I'm 56 n I have a 2year old"
(Steve-o)- man that's crazy... SOOO. Lol
Fr Steve a d bag for that lol
😂
This is one of the best interviews ove ever seen, Criss Angel is awesome i saw him do stuff like makeing you beleive that he can read your mund on his show mind freak and then he would Tell you he wasnt reading your mind really that it was a trick but he us so smooth i really could not see The teick, he could of fooled me easy lol, i Think its great what he does for children with cancer and everything, i was already a fan but im a bigger Criss Angel fan now, seems like a freat dude.
I missed Chris Angel used to watch his show all the time , great podcast what a beautiful soul he is! ❤
How come you never share the screen with us so we can see what the hell you guys are talking about like on Rogan he shows the screen so we get to see what you guys are seeing which really helps to know what is going on and what you are actually talking about, I need context
Never did i think i would hear this voice again. Brings back core memories of my mom letting my sister and I stay up late to watch his show❤
I asked David Blaine for a photo once and he held up his hands and said “waaaaaaaaaatch”
and he walked away.
YOU'RE HONEST STEVE-O. IT'S OKAY TO TAKE BREAKS. THAT'S LIFE. GOD BLESS ALL.❤
at 10:00 chris was talking about the pain he had from an eardrum infection...Brother, i can attest, the level of pain you can feel thru that area is off the charts! had an infection in the eardrums once, lost all hearing , lived in silence for a time, and went thru some Unreal levels of pain..You could use this to extract info from a POW and it would work, its that bad!.... the only other pain that had that kind of intensity was disc injury in the lower back, where trying to stand up compressed the disc and let loose a sudden, explosive bolt of pain that would drop you to ur kness and make you scream...one notch more and you would pass out.
I'm going through a fractured disc right now. The brace is custom made and it's so tight i can hardly breathe and the pain Killers don't even touch it . Glad to be alive 😊
My daughter was the ultimate Criss Angel fan, especially in high school. Just looking at her room, one would think Criss lived in our house. 😂🖤
Criss Angel and Steve-O two childhood idols! awesome episode!
Stevo-O is surprisingly good at the ad reads, kinda impressive how well he fits in with the Podcast community
True
SteveO you are awesome. An absolute inspiration. I used to like you for the stunts, but seeing how humble, forgiving, and loving you is amazing. I never realized how great a guy you were and I am glad I do now. You seem to be a phenomenal friend to everyone around you. Its easy to say ignore the shitty comments but hard to do. Instead look at the great ones just as much and commit them to memory and every time someone says something bad know that you have 1000 times more people thinking great things. Keep up the great podcast. Its the best!

Beautiful human being. I really appreciate his honesty
I remember the hooks through Criss Angel back also remember the wood chipper stunt where he send himself through I grew up watching criss angle mindfreek
Yeah, even as a kid I couldn't handle how cheesy it was. Terrible show...
@@BlackMetal0189 I remember being at the prime age for magic when Criss did the whole "walk on water" stunt where the platform he was walking on was obviously visible to the cameras. I didn't know anyone ever liked him, I always thought of him as the emo dude selling scam DVDs on the commercials.
can’t wait for episode 200!!! it’s going to be so awesome, wish i was there 🤍🎀 hope ur doing okay
In regards to the coma stuff, i have a good friend who was in a coma who claims he was conscious at times. Specifically remembered a woman nurse praying in his room and when he came to he asked her for a hug
I also love watching people talk about their near death experiences and life reviews. I’m surprised that came up. Glad to hear that Steve-O is not letting comments get to him. Hope he feels better going forward.
I hope you’ll get an extra special guest for the 200th episode.

Very cool guy. When ‘Mindfreak’ first came out I never missed an episode! I’ve loved the craft of Magic since I was a kid. Prayers going out for his son!🙏
Bring back Celebrity Death Match and have Angel and Blaine duke it out! "Good fight. Good night!" 😂

"I guarantee anything Blaine can do I can do better"... "I committed my life to beating him"... "He had the thing I wanted"... "I gave him my ring and he wouldn't accept it"... "he wouldn't take a picture with me"... and David Blaine is the weird one?🤨 He prob doesn't even think about you, but clearly you think a whole lot about him haha.
This is so engaging. It's like living vicariously through these guys. Like fighters who get in a ring knowing that their opponent is looking Todo the exact same thing they want to do to their opponent.
Notice Kris is smart enough to talk about steve about steve. Enough to apease him for an even conversion.
