Its been fixed by samsung sent engineer. there was small transformer kind of thing loose and touching the drum broken down from its place.That part was replaced and now working fine.
It is your spider on the back off the drum thats is coming apart. First sign of it is it will not balance it self before final spin. Don't try to do final spin, bcause the drum will fall off,causing it to blow :O
Hi Imran, glad your machine is now working properly. Wanted to ask about the official depth of the ww9000. I watched a review which said the actual depth was 68 cm and not 60 cm as stated on websites. Can you confirm for me please? Many thanks
Did you ever find out about this? I was wondering the same thing. I just wanted to know how deep the actual top panel was front to back. I’m not interested in the dimensions inc door etc.

Remove transit bolts, calibrate machine
Check the transit bolts

Check the transit bolts in under washing machine
Have you left the transit plates on,
I think it is not installed well or there is a problem inside because the sound is not normal
