      @@radiohead2206 Yes, I finally got it fixed but I had to order 2 sets of bearings to get the right ones and then I had to have one of the old ones cut off that was all the way down on that shaft! I also accidentally broke one of them plastic couplings under the top that joined 3 hoses together, had to hunt around to find that piece also.

    Cannot thank you enough for this video. Gave me the confidence to open up the washing machine. My drum was not rotating, totally stuck and I was pretty sure something was stuck in it. Called Tech who charged 170$ and told me that there was some problem with shaft and asked me to replace it, my unit is only 3-4 years old. On opening the drum, I found broken kids scissor which was getting stuck. Not sure how it ended up there. Few tips/suggestions, it is not this quick and takes lot of time, many hours, so be ready for it. You can take pics of every part you are opening so that you can put it together back again by looking at the pictures in reverse. The drum is heavy so you may need help. Also, I felt it would have been easier for me to put the bolts which tie the drum to hydraulic suspension on the back side if I had put the weights first on the front side. Without it the drum becomes lopsided towards the back and a major pain to put the bolt in. Make sure you fix back everything based upon pics, I had missed putting the screws for the sensor on top of the drum and due it the machine would not go into rinse cycle. Took me 2 hrs to figure that one out. Nothing beats the thrill of getting it done and saving tons of money, even if you do not fix it you have practiced enough for future issues ;). Hope this helps someone in future.

    Thanks for the video, it really helped. I was working on a Samsung built Kenmore which had some minor variation. EBay was were I found the parts ($80 for a bearing and seal kit). I would add that wearing gloves is critical as the inside of this machine is razor sharp. Marking all fasteners with their origin and taking pictures throughout the disassembly makes the reassembly go more smoothly.

    Hi, thank you for the video. I have a Samsung front load washer
    WF361BVBEWR/A2. 01. I changed the rubber seal a few weeks ago and since the the machine vibrates and moves to the left only when the spin cycle gets to the high speed, then its fine. It only moves probably 2 times per the wash cycle. Otherwise is doesnt move or shake the rest of the cycle. Any thoughts? I changed all 4 shock absorbors yesterday and still moves. Do you think it could be the bearing. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you

    I bought for $999 in 1999 a Maytag Neptune, the water pump went bad after 6 years, the ball bearings went bad after 10 years and the motor after 14 years. My $1,599 Samsung machine, (WF50K7500AV/A2), the ball bearings went bad after 3 years and even the water pump still good, normally that's the first thing that goes bad on any washer machine. With only 1 year warranty, customer service does not care. I will never buy Samsung again, those are just pretty garbage, they should keep making just cellphones. SAMSUNG NOT RECOMENDED. GE or Maytag again will be my next choice.

    • @dregenius
      @dregenius 11 месяцев назад

      Lmao! Good luck with your overpriced Whirlpoop "Maytag".... have you seen what counts as an "appliance" from Whirlpool/Maytag lately? You thought the Samsung was bad, Maytag has an average life expectancy of a little over 2 years according to consumer reports, and that's despite them using the loudest buzz-box single speed motors that have been cheapened *so much* that tey don't even use start capacitors anymore, just different sized windings that fail due to heat... which speaking of heat, because Whirlpoop/Maytag can't be bothered to improve anything, you'll be stuck spending $3-4k more in electricity over the ideal lifespan of a washer just because of the abysmal 600rpm spin speed. An LG front load unit will last at least 14 years between major service on average and the 1,300rpm spin and modern VFD control won't make you think you're living in the 1930s.

    • @HighPoweExpress
      @HighPoweExpress 10 месяцев назад

    !!!IMPORTANT!!!! I have this almost exact model WF50k7500AV/A2, I couldn't figure out why it was grinding after I bought the back half of the plastic tub with the bearing's installed already and a new metal tub with the shaft, the whole thing was brand new from Samsung parts about 800$. if you get the back plastic part of the tub with bearing installed even though it's O.E.M, they must have redid it because my chrome spacer plate under the Stator rubbed bad, it made little grooves on the inside of the Stator cover Knew it had to of been the Spacer plate. I took out the adapter plate and it's like new..... thought it was the new bearing's at first figured it out, it was a pain so ya im pretty sure the tub with the bearings was redesigned to not need the adapter plate. anyways few days of headache's but figured it out just a heads up.... your video was excellent the only difference on your model compared to mine was my dispencer bolted in from the top not the front and I had 2 screws in the bottom underneath that held the front face on... thanks for the awesome video.
