Hi I’ve wanted this Samsung washing machine for years now but was always expensive and I know Samsung have discontinued making them I’ve just recently purchased 1 that’s brand new / ex display but the retail company have told me that Samsung have removed the serial number in order not to honour the free extended 5 year warranty for parts and labour but they will provide 12 months free warranty I wanted to ask Is there anyway on the screen menu to find the serial number? Or anywhere else on the machine where it could be located?

Thanks for the review. Is there any updates so far after using almost a year? Still good?
It sounds like it's struggling to fill I think the hose might be kinked check to make sure it isn't because otherwise it can cause problems
