@@nohandle1028 not ",all their trials". The state's law ALLOWS for televising a trial, but many counties don't. Of those counties that allow it, the judge and chief judge must agree to the cameras. In this particular case, given the threats that have already happened, it's not a given Trump's trial will be televised, at least not live (it could be aired after the verdict to protect the safety of the courtroom during the trial).
Why should Fulton County be different from anywhere else? Rudy drinks so much these days he doesn't have a coherent defense or offense or anything else.

Was he ever a sane human? He may have had his moments of glory back in the day but from everything I've learned about him from his time as a NY state prosecutor to his time as mayor of NY, he's a weasel! The only thing that saved his butt as mayor was 9/11! His 'tough on crime' policy was basically giving police free rein to harass minorities! When he was called out by the media for having affair, he informed the media that he and his wife had separated. The only problem with was that he didn't TELL his wife that they had separated! The only credit I give him was that he brought down the mafia using the RICO act! Any of them still alive are no doubt getting a kick that sweet karma has reached giuliani!

The more that the inconsistency between what they say and what they do is pointed out (in person, in comment sections, in media), the weaker the hold these lies have on the gullible.
This must be done calmly, clearly, consistently, repeatedly. Focussing on only one lie at a time (that's important, else everything gets conflated, mired, confused beyond the gullible's capacity to understand.
Examples:
"I can't afford a lawyer!" Anyone who can afford a private jet can afford a lawyer.
"If this can happen to me, it can happen to you" Yes, no one is above the law
"They're coming after you next!" No, because I don't commit crimes.
"It's a political witch hunt!" No, it's a criminal trial. Had no crimes been committed, no one would be indicting a candidate.
"They're saying we can't challenge an election!" No, you did that in over 60 court challenges, and that was fine. What is not fine is conspiring to fabricate electors, badgering officials to lie about the actual election results, and bold-face lying to Americans to incite an insurrection attempt.
"What about....?" We're not talking about that right now.
"Over there is something wrong!" That may be, but it's irrelevant to THIS wrong.
Let them suffer the full consequences of their actions.
I pray that they do and not get away with it as they usually do

Only thing an actual mugshot will do is give him an avenue to increase his revenue for his campaign or his own pockets. I'm extremely curious as to what will be presented by both sides in each of those trials. To say Trump is innocent of all charges is delusional, and to say he'll be found guilty of all charges is equally delusional.

The fact that Rudy could have just retired and made millions of dollars “writing” books about the justice system is crazy. He really chose to instead go down this path. The man is 79 years old and a lifetime drinker. I think he has been losing it for a while now. The fact that Sasha Baron Cohen (Borat) was able to catch him on film with a seemingly underage girl in his hotel room without a clue it was a setup tells me he's not the sharp prosecutor of 40 years ago, or even the mayor of 20 years ago.

What ever happened to public figures who are accused of crimes going before the cameras and saying simply "I'm innocent of the charges and I look forward to presenting my case before a jury." So much more dignified, and so less criminal that accusing DA's of a witch hunt, calling everybody names, inciting violence, etc, etc, etc.
Trumps attorneys (in DC) are actually asking the judge to allow trump to reveal all evidence and witnesses, to the public and to litigate his “innocence “ in the media! Because he’s a candidate, they claimed it’s his right! Judge Chutkan shut it down, but we might see more attorney sanctions when these trials are done. The prosecution had to remind his attorneys that it’s their responsibility to protect evidence for the fairness of the trial.
Give Giuliani a drink & sure enough there’ll be leaks from the mouth & from the head.
