Kathy, I really appreciate the wealth of information in your tutorial - I'm trying to learn as much as I can before deciding whether to upgrade my 9400 and buy an M8. I do have to say I had some difficulties watching the video. I talk with my hands just like you do. But for purposes of the video, your constantly-moving hands caused confusion and made it even harder for your cameraman to focus. Next time, please slow down and still your hands as much as you can. Looking forward to more tutorials!
No need to be nervous you did awesome! Thank you for the very informative video. I am purchasing this machine next week and this was extremely helpful. If i didnt live thousands of miles away i would visit your store.😊
Thank you so much for the overview. Helped me very much in understanding the layout of the stitch folders as well as how to utilize the accu-spark 2 app.
There aren't any discs with the 8. The seven did have them. The 8 has downloadable QR codes in instructional manual. You will download to computer or phone. Hope this helps.
Great video! Bobbin winding speed: it’s good to lower the speed for certain thread such as the stretchy Eloflex thread from Coats. You don’t want the thread to stretch as it is winded. The recommendation is to wind by hand for that specific thread.
An excellent video, I'm just doing my homework at the moment and tossing up between 3 options. Thank you. I have a question about threading the machine. At about 1:18 in the video you go from the spool of thread to the little clip on the sewing machine then up into the thread guide stand. The manual on page 28 indicates the opposite. Is this just a little blooper or is there an undocumented advantage? My apologies if I have picked you up on a blooper, but there maybe a very good reason hence my question. Thanks again.
I have the m7 just got it a month ago and I got these little brushes at harbor freight they look like eye lash brushes and they are great for getting everything out of the machine all the lint and dirt and everything and I’m careful when i use them the sewing lady in town got them for me after she told me about them
I would love to see someone change presser feet on the M8. I watched a bunch and forwarded a bunch…Is this shown in this video? (And i don’t mean add the stitch regulator or the walking foot piece). Im trying to get s sense of how easy (or not) it is to change presser feet. THANKS!! (And is this machine high shank or low shank)

I did not get a CD with my m8, anyone else?
Great content shame about the filming….😢
I now have motion sickness....Terrible video quality!
Thank you for watching it through the end!
Agreed! I'm having to watch it in small increments. I love the info, but the constant camera movement is frustrating.
