We have always had one “Santa” present growing up, which is something that was extra and something mama and daddy would never get because it was extra - you know, too expensive or too messy or extravagant, too many pieces, that kind of thing - and we did it with our child, too! My dad worked shift work and we always had Christmas after he got home on Christmas Day, so mama gave us the Santa present when we got up with our stockings and that entertained us until daddy got home. After I had my baby, we went to my mama’s house for dinner and presents, so we continued the tradition with our child - Santa came to our house and left stocking and one gift, and we did the rest at grandparents. It’s always interesting to hear other traditions and these tags are lovely. TFS.
Thank you for sharing your story and, thr funny thing is that it was the same at my house. 1 present from Santa with stocking and the rest from us. Thank you, I think the tags turned out really well too. 🎄☃️😊
Hello Chantal… LOVE the Christmas tags! I enjoyed seeing the goodies you chose and how you used them. I love embossing folders and how much it can elevate an otherwise simple card (or tag). You coordinated the embossed patterns with the images beautifully. I love the idea of creating your own tags to be on the gifts which I have not done in years. Mom would hang them on the tree as ornaments every Christmas thereafter. Happy Memory… Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration! Have a lovely week! 🙂
These are so stickin’ cute! 😍 They are truly darling. I try to wrap with natural items as well. Tho as I get older it seems to be taking so much longer 😂. Seriously, these are incredibly inspiring! 🤩 Hugs ❤️🤗☃️🎄
Oh, thank you, Tamara. I love taking my time with wrapping. But I have to wait until I'm in the mood and get all set up with all the things I need, and I put on some vintage Christmas music to set the mood 😊☃️🎄❄️
Beautiful tags and Taperlogy bits and pieces. I couldn't find in your items listings the book of words/phrases you used. They're lovely. Could you recommend them? Thank you. 🙂
Your excited exclamations and moments of inspiration are adorable. I love your heart! ❤
Oh, Deanna, this is one of the sweetest things to say! Thank you! You have made my day! ❤️🌷🤗
These are gorgeous tags. They are perfect little gifts all on their own. Fantastic job with them.
Thank you Karen. ☃️❄️☺️🎄

Yes, making tags is really super easy by hand. I still do them like that the majority of the time. ☺️
