Thank you for the great review. It has helped me feel better about my order. I'm currently waiting for mine to be shipped. They are having a sale on it right now and it is going for $674.99 on their site. With the discounts on the accessories I got the quick key remote and the stand for under $750 with free shipping. Well worth the price I hope. This is to replace using my iPad pro and Procreate for everything and I've become reliant on the touch controls.

1:03:00 I can totally echo your point of awesome aftermarket service.
Through a clumsy action I managed to drop my deco L onto its USB connector, which promptly ripped the actual connector off the circuit board, leaving behind just the pins. I am pretty comfortable with electronics, and saw that it couldnt just be resoldered or repaired easily. Of course, this is not something that falls under warranty, never mind that my warranty period had just expired, but I hate to throw things away for small damage like that. I inquired with XP-Pen about the USB connector part number such that I could solder on a new one, or if the PCB could be ordered from them to fix the device.
To my surprise, after some images and back and forth they asked me to send in my old tablet, which I did, and a week later I received a brand new tablet in the mail....
Truly astounding, and it have made sure that my next (display) tablet was an XP-pen, and probably the next one after will be as well. Good warranty and after market service shows how confident a company is in their products, and how much they value you as a consumer.

People do not know. They are fantastic. Most of the issues I typically see has to do with mail service…or email lost. Not an XP pen issue. They as a company have always gone far and above what I expect. Thanks for the comment:)

I'm torn between this and the Wacom 13 one touch. I mainly draw on my iPad so being able to navigate around with touch gestures would really benefit me. I don't like Wacom much but I've also heard bad things about xp pens drivers constantly breaking which makes me hesitant. I'm totally confused between "cintiq 16 pro 2021", "xp tp display" and "xp 24 pro". I mainly work 8 hours as a layout designer for a company. The apps that I use are Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. I design Flyers, Brochures and other layouts. But I'm confused about which device should I pick for these type of works. The surface laptop studio only 14" screen size but it's touch response is best than any other samsung or dell laptop which results in more efficient work while doing multi task. Cintiq 16 pro also has touch but not that level but its pen response is best than any other device, but again it's small, only 16" in size. I do not know about xp tp display responsiveness. XP 24 pro has larger screen to work comfortably but again its pen response is not up to the cintiq mark. Which would be better for long term use? I do not want to buy tablet again and again. I want the display tablet that covers my needs, also long lasting. I will be using tablet for the first time. You have experience using display tablets. Keeping all the above aspects in view any suggestion from your side would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

I don’t like having touch on my display tablets. With response and pen activation…I use the 24” pro 2k daily(and I also use Photoshop, illustrator, in design) as well as Zbrush. They activation and pen sensitivity is on par with Wacom. Look…we all want the best for the money. There are so many variables with display tablets…and some are hype and some are not. I created pro illustration with my Intuos tablet with under 500 levels of pressure. I also created great art with my old Wacom 21ux with about 2048 levels of pressure with no hd and no touch or bonded screen. The tablet you can afford that has what you need is the best. Wacom is a great product…but expensive. XP one is a great product that works great and is cheaper. I also use Huion…good and price conscious. Xencelabs also makes a great display tablet…more expensive. The reality is that you can get a great display tablet that will last first cheaper that Wacom. I love Wacom!!! They make a great tablet. But, the quality gap between the mighty Wacom and the cheaper tablets is getting smaller. I personally have the XP one 24” pro…love it. I also have the Huion Kamvas 24”…love it. I had the 22” Wacom Cintiq HD. Loved that(it started having hot spots after 9 months) but I still used it. Don’t be confused…get the size you want. The resolution you want…and focus on the art. If money is not an issue…then any of the display tablets will be great:) you just cannot tell anymore when it comes to activation…sensitivity…etc. Heck…I could not really see a huge difference when XP pen released the 16k pressure. Now go create something:)
