Bc if you search on Google "What is the 1st fatal 747 crash", it does say that Lufthansa Flight 540 was the 1st fatal crash to involve a Boeing 747, but it will show a picture of China Airlines Flight 605 (which crashed into the bay after it overran the runway at Kai Tak Airport in 1994). Google sometimes shows the wrong image for the wrong accident. Or due to the quality of the pictures taken of the aftermath.
