I'd say this is THE most detailed aircraft I've seen in any animated film. Not sure if its due to licensing or what, but everything from even the gear retraction/extension, the slotted flaps, even the cockpit is well modeled. In the movie they also had callouts for V1, VR, V2. Either the director, or some people on the production team had a massive interest in aircraft.
My guess is that this is a 747-400D, the option without winglets and higher capacity - The engines look like the CF6-80's but that continuity changes throughout.

Going to Sapporo would be SEKIYADO THREE departure (or ROVER TWO but I doubt that exists in the era of this movie). After taking off from 16L the plane would intercept HME (Haneda's VOR) 11.8DME arc. So it would actually stay straight for like 18 km before turning left.
So uh for the open scene u need to know that the one who open the door is kid in conan and he open it cuz engine 2 fell off and then it cause a huge fire at the airport so they nees to land at a port but its too dark so kid trick the police car to line up so the plane can land and the door opened while approach so yea you know it

They weren't even aware that a plane was approaching towards them at the time, let alone aware that their copcar sirens were meant to serve as a guidance light for the pilots to tell where they're about to land.
