      Completed. I struggled today and confess I actually switched some moves for others. Everything hurts from the past three days. I’m lifting heavier and had to scale it back some today. I always listen to my body. Last thing I want is an injury. When’s the next rest day?? 😂😂

    Turned 61 yesterday, loving these workouts! I try to do one every other day with walking/running the other days. Love the challenge of HIIT, but mostly need the strength training. Thank you for making these available Heather!

    Never done METCON before and loved that it's challenging, full body, controlled and super sweaty. This is the firstbtime I've ever followed a programme day by day. It took a lot of trust to "hand over" to someone to choose my workouts for me but I'm absolutely loving it. Feeling strong and grateful!

    Thank you for creating a program I can keep with. This is my third strength challenge of yours in a row. Gained so much muscle and power. When I started you two years ago I was like four lb weights heaviest. Now I’m snatching with 15! This is the greatest 40th birthday gift you gave me- my power!

    Hands down the best full body workout! I love your full body Metcon workouts, my heart rate gets up there to 180 bps and burned 350 cal!
    I agree with you Heather these are my favorite with the heavy and light dumbbells. I feel amazing. Definitely for advanced level training 💪

    This is the first home workout program I’ve been able to stick with for more than a month. The workouts are fun, effective, and easy to follow. The progressive format has been so helpful getting back into shape postpartum. I LOVED this METCON format. I felt like it let me enjoy my new strength in a fun way! Excited to keep going through all 12 weeks 🎉 looking forward to Pilates tomorrow ❤

    I like METCON before and after I do it. While I'm doing it, I HATE it. My favorite is just good ole fashioned straight sets strength training. I do know, however, that my body needs the combo of all these things you're throwing in 4.0 Heather. Thanks SO much!!!!!!

    When i started 4.0, i was finishing 2.0 and was like...oh, this 4.0 looks really easy! But it's no longer the case and day after day it,s becoming no joke and i enjoy it alot. Thank you Heather for these workouts.

    I am a late participant to this workout series and am only finishing week five now. While I have loved all the workouts up to now, and appreciate the gradual increase in my strength, this workout was not a good fit for me. I found it very repetitive and not just because we repeated each set three times. I don’t mind that, but within the exercises there was a great deal of repetition in the compound moves. And I found all the squating and reverse lunging with various arm moves too hard on my knees. By the third set of the second round I had to abandon the leg portion and focus on the arms. I’m over fifty and have tight hip flexors, so my range of motion isn’t great. I would have appreciated and benefitted from the odd modification suggestion.
    Having said all of this, please know that I do love your workouts and am grateful for them. Thank you Heather!!

    April 30, 2024….last day of april and this is my most favorite of all 30 minute @heather Robertson exercises! What a workout!!!! I just love it!

    Wow 🤩 brilliant! This programme has helped me tremendously. Recovering from Achilles Tendon op - 3mnth mark - was gonna avoid the HiiT but did with modifications- assisted me to move without so much thinking- excellent for my confidence in terms of trusting and moving. Thank you 🎉

    Normally I love a good METCON but holy CROW, this one was red hot, over SPICY LOLOL!!!! Oh my word. Day 24 done. I am a day behind. Good word... I am breathless!!! The heaviest dumbbell I have is 15lbs LOLOL and I almost had a stroke!!! EXCELLENT workout but man...     Hi Heather. I love compound moves so this was right up my alley. As a menopausal woman, I am focusing on strength! I also love yoga, pilates, dance, I tolerate spin and I walk daily. Thank you for this inspiring series! That was hard!!!!

    wow this one was tough on my knees, and, strangely, low back although I really tried to pay attention to form and core! But 4.0 is still the program I like best ! thank you so much !! I've gotten noticeable stronger, toned and losing weight since I've started and it busts mood and morale too!

    woke up with a headache yesterday and tried to push through w/ the last hiit cardio vid, but decided to opt for a long walk instead -- felt better today, and ended up mixing the first half of the hiit cardio with the first half of this one and i am SWEATING HARD -- feel fantastic, looking forward to pilates tomorrow, thank you heather! x

    Enjoying so far! Just finished Day 24. Trying to increase weights gradually,. Not sure how hard this is supposed to feel, but it's not crazy hard which I appreciate. Makes me feel like I got a decent workout in but didn't kill myself to the point where I dread/feel scared of upcoming workouts.

    I agree. All these forms of exercise are good to keep your body from getting to used to routine. I love mixing it up. However the met Con is the most challenging for me.

    Oh my. Two days of hard work 😅 This was my first Metcom ever and I loved it. But I must admit, I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s Pilates ❤❤

    This was such a good workout! My fave was circuit 1 with all the squat compunds, but love that it was followed with a lighter weight circuit.

    I think this is my favorite 12 week program to date! Like you I love a bit of everything but wow, metcon 3-peat gets our game face on!! dripping puddles right now. And i thank-you! looking forward to catching up on the weekend with the Pilates WO!

    Heather, I’ve done all your programs and this is the first time I feel like my strength has increased significantly. I like the metcons because I get sweaty and out of breath. However for some reason I find the push presses really challenging. My favourite move is the snatch!

    I love the 4.0 program (having completed each of 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 twice )! Metcon and strength get my votes for favorite types of workouts. ❤

    My preference is metcon workouts because I find them so time efficient getting lots of muscles at once. And I have a secret i really dislike jumping... but I know it's good for the heart so I still like to switch things up like u said Heather so I love the variety. Keep it coming!!!!
