Completed. I struggled today and confess I actually switched some moves for others. Everything hurts from the past three days. I’m lifting heavier and had to scale it back some today. I always listen to my body. Last thing I want is an injury. When’s the next rest day?? 😂😂
Turned 61 yesterday, loving these workouts! I try to do one every other day with walking/running the other days. Love the challenge of HIIT, but mostly need the strength training. Thank you for making these available Heather!

Hands down the best full body workout! I love your full body Metcon workouts, my heart rate gets up there to 180 bps and burned 350 cal! I agree with you Heather these are my favorite with the heavy and light dumbbells. I feel amazing. Definitely for advanced level training 💪

This is the first home workout program I’ve been able to stick with for more than a month. The workouts are fun, effective, and easy to follow. The progressive format has been so helpful getting back into shape postpartum. I LOVED this METCON format. I felt like it let me enjoy my new strength in a fun way! Excited to keep going through all 12 weeks 🎉 looking forward to Pilates tomorrow ❤
I like METCON before and after I do it. While I'm doing it, I HATE it. My favorite is just good ole fashioned straight sets strength training. I do know, however, that my body needs the combo of all these things you're throwing in 4.0 Heather. Thanks SO much!!!!!!

When i started 4.0, i was finishing 2.0 and was like...oh, this 4.0 looks really easy! But it's no longer the case and day after day it,s becoming no joke and i enjoy it alot. Thank you Heather for these workouts. You are amazing
I am a late participant to this workout series and am only finishing week five now. While I have loved all the workouts up to now, and appreciate the gradual increase in my strength, this workout was not a good fit for me. I found it very repetitive and not just because we repeated each set three times. I don’t mind that, but within the exercises there was a great deal of repetition in the compound moves. And I found all the squating and reverse lunging with various arm moves too hard on my knees. By the third set of the second round I had to abandon the leg portion and focus on the arms. I’m over fifty and have tight hip flexors, so my range of motion isn’t great. I would have appreciated and benefitted from the odd modification suggestion. Having said all of this, please know that I do love your workouts and am grateful for them. Thank you Heather!!
100% behind you, LOVE the balance of this series, something different every day and keeping a mix is the most effective way to challenge the body and improve in ALL areas.

wow this one was tough on my knees, and, strangely, low back although I really tried to pay attention to form and core! But 4.0 is still the program I like best ! thank you so much !! I've gotten noticeable stronger, toned and losing weight since I've started and it busts mood and morale too!
woke up with a headache yesterday and tried to push through w/ the last hiit cardio vid, but decided to opt for a long walk instead -- felt better today, and ended up mixing the first half of the hiit cardio with the first half of this one and i am SWEATING HARD -- feel fantastic, looking forward to pilates tomorrow, thank you heather! x

Enjoying so far! Just finished Day 24. Trying to increase weights gradually,. Not sure how hard this is supposed to feel, but it's not crazy hard which I appreciate. Makes me feel like I got a decent workout in but didn't kill myself to the point where I dread/feel scared of upcoming workouts.

I agree. All these forms of exercise are good to keep your body from getting to used to routine. I love mixing it up. However the met Con is the most challenging for me.
My favourite workouts are weighted Pilates. But I have also come to love the targeted strength building workouts too! Really though, anything Heather puts out - I'm IN!

Heather, I’ve done all your programs and this is the first time I feel like my strength has increased significantly. I like the metcons because I get sweaty and out of breath. However for some reason I find the push presses really challenging. My favourite move is the snatch!
My preference is metcon workouts because I find them so time efficient getting lots of muscles at once. And I have a secret i really dislike jumping... but I know it's good for the heart so I still like to switch things up like u said Heather so I love the variety. Keep it coming!!!!

Wow! Another sweaty session for a non-sweater....LOL Loving these! See you all tomorrow! ❤ Had to add this. I put on a t-shirt this morning that was quite snug around my middle a couple of weeks ago. It's not today. 😮 I've NEVER had these kinds of results in my middle....EVER!

I agree. All these forms of exercise are good to keep your body from getting to used to routine. I love mixing it up. However the met Con is the most challenging for me.

My favourite workouts are weighted Pilates. But I have also come to love the targeted strength building workouts too! Really though, anything Heather puts out - I'm IN!

Oh my. Two days of hard work 😅 This was my first Metcom ever and I loved it. But I must admit, I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s Pilates ❤❤

This was such a good workout! My fave was circuit 1 with all the squat compunds, but love that it was followed with a lighter weight circuit.

I think this is my favorite 12 week program to date! Like you I love a bit of everything but wow, metcon 3-peat gets our game face on!! dripping puddles right now. And i thank-you! looking forward to catching up on the weekend with the Pilates WO!

Heather, I’ve done all your programs and this is the first time I feel like my strength has increased significantly. I like the metcons because I get sweaty and out of breath. However for some reason I find the push presses really challenging. My favourite move is the snatch!

I love the 4.0 program (having completed each of 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 twice )! Metcon and strength get my votes for favorite types of workouts. ❤
My preference is metcon workouts because I find them so time efficient getting lots of muscles at once. And I have a secret i really dislike jumping... but I know it's good for the heart so I still like to switch things up like u said Heather so I love the variety. Keep it coming!!!!
