      I still give Lewis a 50% chance of landing it though, Gane like to come into the pocket and throw knees when the enemy turtles.

    Rafael Fiziev is going to be a huge factor in the future of the LW div. Kid is nasty. Him and Sean Brady are my two favorite up and comers right now for 155 and 170.

      The only problem he may have is his size for 155 he isn't big. I saw him sparring with petr yan and yan looked the same size as him.
      I know yan is a big 135er but still.
      But in terms of striking fiziev is a genius.

      @@edwardelric5491 He has adequate reach for the division though, and he seems the type to be able to utilize his smaller height to his advantage against bigger fighters much like Volkanovski does at Featherweight.

    I think Ciryl's power is underestimated just because he's throwing clean, straight punches and not full power overhands like every other heavyweight

      agreed I think it's gonna be a bit like the cain narrative if you remember everyone said Cain valasquez had no power then he proceeded to start knocking people out. Gane just does not commit to a punch, BUT I will say his kicks are vicious and I think he could hurt Lewis to the body with a kick

      Reminds me of Fury, he's not a devastating hitter but has enough pop to keep you honest while being defensive and can turn on some serious pressure when he starts sitting on his strikes. Definitely not pillow fisted but his style doesn't cater to power.

      Ciryl doesn’t lean into his punches so he’s not going to have a crazy amount of power. Maybe only Francis Ngannou could have power with the king of punches Ciryl throws. If you hit a bag with a jab with just your arm, verses if you lean into the jab, you will notice the difference in power. Ciryl doesn’t have the biggest arms to compensate for that kind of fighting style. If I was Lewis I would come forward without worrying too much.

    I honestly think rafael fiziev is so underrated. I think dude beats a lot of guys in the top 10 like islam, rda, hooker, tony etc. my expectations might be unwarranted but i am riding the hype train till the end whether it crashes and burns or not xD

    I think Gane could become a Future Great. He is extremely athletic, has fantastic fight IQ and is far above his peers technically.
    That said Lewis by....no, we're not going to do that. We are civilised people.
    Gane by decision.

      @@marinfrombratia We have to see his chin because Luke Rockhold is technically better than most of both the MW and LHW divisions, but Luke Rockhold has no chin so he is nowhere near champ in any division

      @@userunknown3761 Luke doesn't have the best chin, but its more his awful striking defence that results in him getting knocked out. That being said, his recent KO losses have aged extremely well. Only Bisping was a 'bad' loss in the sense that he was a massive underdog who isn't known for KO power.

    Lewis has adapted MMA to two specific moves that make him one of the most dangerous men on Earth. 1) throwing heavy right hands. 2) Just standing up. He perfected MMA and proved that you only need two capabilities to become a title contender.
    To quote Bruce Lee, "I fear not the man who practiced 10,000 kicks once nor do I fear the man who practiced one kick 10,000 times, but I do fear the Black Beast getting up inside this ho...."

    Hey Weasel, I love your work, but I believe there should be a small correction. Circa 01:35 Bobby Green is listed as being from Kazakhstan and Rafael Fiziev is listed as being from USA.
    I'm pretty sure that Bobby is from USA and Rafael is from Kyrgyzstan.

      @@Guy1nthecorner613 Now, you know.... Lewis just say way too lazy. He eats tons of burgers, never cares about losing weight, and keeps hoping he finds that ONE KO hail mary every time he fights.
      Against lower ranked guys with less skills, yes. But against top ranked guys who are not only skilled but much faster, who take their training seriously?
      Lewis has about 9 strikes in 2-3 rounds. Gane got almost 100 in.
      It doesn't matter that Gane only punches at 80-90% power; when a 6'4", 245LB with nothing muscles on him uses speed to deliver those "moderate" kicks and punches, even if you're the "Black Beast," you WILL eventually succumb to their accumulated impact...

      @@russellpo7758 there is very little to no chance Jones vs Stjpe happens. Literally Dana said Stipe had accepted the fight but Jones has made it extremely clear he will wait for the HW title shot. This actually makes alot more sense when you have Ngannou turning down Lewis on 3 separate occasions.

      When i watched it live (ppv) i KNEW GSP lost the fight and was shocked at the decision. When i rewatched it a day later i wasn't so sure, but still thought Big Rig won. Then a friend told me two things, 1. Watch the fight again but with the commentary (sound) turned off, and 2. The fight is scored by ROUND, not by who did the most damage overall (which i knew/know but he reinforced the importance of that fact). I did what he suggested and my mind completely changed, and the hundred bucks i lost betting on Hendricks no longer felt like it was stolen, GSP simply won three rounds and Hendricks just two.

    Cyril Gane to land most significant strikes in the match at -275 feels like a lock. He’s got 2x the sig strikes as Lewis and Lewis hasn’t had a rd 1 ko since 2016 14 fights ago.

    I have been a forest hiker for years here in Northern Europe, specially in my country Latvia. I cannot say i have seen something super natural, but i have also been and spent a night alone in some forests that are said to be haunted or spirited. For example Pokaini forest or Kaltenes kalvas not being the weirdest of them. There are many less know forests that are very old and undisturbed. I always go in with respect and peace in my heart, so if there are some entity there, i would not disturb it.

    Weasel! Jose Aldo actually check calf kicks perfectly IN A FIGHT to my knowledge. If you remember when he fought Marlon chito vera. Even DC acknowledged that vera stopped throwing them after Aldo checked

    Aldo's skills and speed never did slow down actually, he is still being as skilled and athletic as always, I think his recent losses came more for the approach of his oponents, Jose also could have more succes mixing up his muay thai and grappling in his fights.
