He looks towards the baby every so often, but it comes across to me that he's more concerned at that moment with how Liz is doing. THEN, the baby starts breathing but Liz is still critical, and it isn't until SHE'S out of the woods and gets that little nod from Piph that he completely relaxes.

A real heart to heart of everything he had bottled up all these years, since the first day they met, to the moment he started falling for her. TPTB really screwed over Liason. We may have our "moments", like all the "firsts" he's shared with Liz, but if there ever was a couple more deserving of a real s/l and HEA, it is #Liason. They should've just paired Sam with Lucky and redeemed the two of them together, instead of hijacking #liason with pathetic Spam and Worthless, spineless Lucky.

FV, please bring Jake back so that Elizabeth can always hold a special place for Jason in her heart? Liz and Sam carried his sons, both nearly dying to give them life. Robin protected baby Michael when kidnapped, to the point she was ill with HIV and nearly unable to fight when Jason found them.
