HB 837 - Who will help me collect?

Let's say a chiropractor billed $12,000, was paid $5,000 so far, and is owed another $2,000 based on the fee schedule. Will Ovadia Law help me collect the $2,000?
Unless it is a “total coverage denial of claim” then there are no attorney fees. This means it is not possible to collect the $2,000 for you on a contingency. I will still send a demand letter to see if they pay. If they don’t pay, there is nothing I can do. Some carriers will pay…some won’t. I can always send a demand letter.
