Just got this a few minutes ago. Ours didnt have sound, and told us to go to channel 19, a channel only speaking in spanish. It told us nothing. What....? we get these alot, just not for 911 emergency outages. We usually get amber alerts and stuff.
When 911(the emergency number), goes out, meaning you can't call an ambulance, very bad if you have a severe injury. You can't call the police, so you have to fight robbers/attackers off by yourself. Basically, it causes widespread chaos.
@@whywoulduevenhaveausername1718 yes indeed. I actually remember years ago someone intentionally caused that outage decadesago on an nbc10 breaking news story. they phreaked the phone line. It was a truly federal crime and act of pure evil.
This did happen in St. Joseph County Michigan
