Just recently acquired a banged up tunnel hull but had a good 3.5 KB on it and I was going to put it back together and your video helped me out tremendously. Thanks a lot I love that insane Hydro you have with a nova Rossi on it I would like to have a brushless version of that.

welldone my friend! I"m sure it"s nothing new to you that I"m probably the illest nitro addicted subscriber of your channel XD
However,in my experience the Nitroboats must not necessary be a pain in the A** to get the engine tuned, it depends also a little of the performance stage of the engine self,its like on the nitro cars, normaly the "mills" are way easier an less sensitive than the high compression competition ones..
The most annoying term on the Nitro boats is in fact the fuel price in relation of their high consumption ,but hey the nitro Helicopters are even worser,believe me ^^
Your right about the fact that here on RUclips its nearly nothing recent about nitro boating, so it"s up to us ;-)

I have what I think is an old design 3.5 I also have one with a carb butterfly , however this is just a carb wide open design and then a plate that slides in and out at the exhaust port. THis is how it regulates rpm. DO you know of these and where to find more on them? So far have not had much luck finding this one.

Alright mind reader, I have an Aquacraft TS3 tunnel showing up tomorrow and was considering a nitro outboard for it. It would be my only nitro boat and I kinda just wanted it to play around with, this video may have persuaded me to go this route.

I just do not likew electric. Thiem to run is short even with brushless. I have nitrro and gas engines in the boats , trucks and planes. IT is 5 to 7 min for electric or 15 to 30 min for nitro and gas. No brainer for me lol.
