Hi.i have tried your recipe today.it came out very good.the only problem i faced was its dry texture.i think the quantity of oil is less thats why it came out dry.though it was super soft and without any egg spell.but due to less quantity of oil it was dry.i think u should rectify the recipe and and add atleast 1 cup oil for a perfect recipe !

When I bake this cake in the oven, the design at the top doesn't come out the same. As the cake rises the design just constricts to the center and the rest of the surface is plain. What could the reason be ?

vinegar is often included in cake to react with baking soda and give batter a lift as they bake.
