It's an easy recipe BUT two things. Baking in the micro doesn't brown the cake like in an oven. Second pouring milk to keep it moist . The cake will surely turn soft after a few hours. Why not use a little more oil instead. With enough oil the cake remains soft and need not be kept in the fridge. I have been baking for over 50 years and never needed to add milk to keep acake soft.
Can u please tell me is it works good with out adding milk in prepare sponge

@@crazyytabervelogpro2705 Yes. It works well. There are several nice recipes on RUclips. Just type in sponge cake. If need milk at mixing stage you need to add just about 2-3 tablespoons.

For coffee flavor add coffee
for vanilla, strawberry n others, instead of cocoa powder just add more flour n relevant essence, fruit n food color
And garnish accordingly

I tried it today the sponge was really good and its wonderful that it bakes in v less time,but the choclate became bitter idk y

As I baked 2,3 times in microwave but it became hard within 5 to 10 min😢
@@sabaadil4875 yes i first baked for five minutes ,it was uncooked from the middle, so again cooked it for 2 min and came perfectly fine Alhamdulillah
@@sabaadil4875 don't turn on any baking option, simply as we heat food, put the batter in dish and put in oven and give in 5 min timer and then check if it's good , if not give it another minute or two
