I watched this about 10 times, every time my eyes fill up. So glad that both of them have Cole in their lives now. He seems like wonderful man.

Jessica Henley It broke my heart seeing that Chelsea didn’t know what to say. No matter what she said it would be wrong. Either telling her hat her dad is a liar, making it okay for Adam to break a promise, justifying a lie. This was hard to watch as you saw Charles’s heart break for her daughter

So annoying that Adam is basically talking shit about Chelsea right in front of Aubree, and trying to milk info out of her. I remember in earlier seasons when Chelsea and Adam broke up, Chelsea never talked trash about him, despite the fact that he treated her like garbage...and if she ever did have anything to say negative about him, she would always spell out his name rather than actually say it, because Aubree couldn't spell yet. She's my favorite teen mom without a doubt, and Maci.

I never ever forget that one!! and then he wanted to act like a decent father once in a blue moon but at the same time he would never play with her or anything and he would have inappropriate conversations and he's never ever going to change actually remember I'm not showing up to the father daughter dance and Aubree asked him why he didn't show up and it broke my heart when he said that he had to do whatever he was doing instead

@@annagrace21 He never wanted to act like a decent father. Sometimes Chelsea would force him to play house with her and he would because she was probably buying him stuff and providing free rent. Then he used Aubree to make her jealous once they broke up and he was playing house with his new baby mom. Now that Aubree is older I think he realizes she is probably the only great thing he has in his life and is trying to hold onto it, but who knows. If I was Chelsea I would have served him papers terminating his parental rights the first time he mentioned it.
Im so thankful Chelsea found Cole and he is a amazen man too all the kids

I literally went through this with my addict father. He'd promise me the world and deliver on a grand total of none of it. I can't tell you how many times my mom called my dad LIVID that he's 3 hours late without even calling us and I'm crying...
I will say tho, Chelsea is better about it than my mom. I was exposed to all the vitriol my mom had for my dad's addiction. My mom would go "hopefully he does..." or something like that. Chelsea just accepts it from Aubree and keeps her mouth shut with her but talks to Adam later so Aubree can't hear. That's how you do it.
You can see how Chelsea's holding in her pain because I'm sure she wants to cry for her daughter because she knows what Adam gonna do,nothing.
Even Adam's friend felt so uncomfortable when he was asking Aubree those very biased questions
this is why you keep your promises to children. they always remember.
Damn Adam....dont talk to your girls about this stuff.....talk to their mothers. And never make a promise to any child that you may not be able to keep. Promise is a big word.
I agree but I feel she was doing a bit of the same thing in trying to get information from Aubree. The adults need to talk to adults and not involve children in adult things. NO matter what Aubree is going to have some HELL OF daddy issues....

I think Chelsea was at a lost of words and so shocked. Aubree was serious and believed in her dad so much. Adam needs to leave adult business with the adults and know that Taylor as well as Chelsea want whats best for their girls. I proud of the way Chelsea handled that though, shows signs of maturity.

That poor little girl; it is going to break her heart if he doesn't follow through. She could end up growing up with trust issues in relationships. I hope Chelsea gets her therapy in the future. An unstable father figure will always leave a dark mark on a person's psyche.
YEP, no matter how "wonderful" Cole is or her life with Chelsea she is always going to remember how disappointed and neglected she was by her father. Not to mention her "half sisters" not being able to see them.

Everything about their visit was SO inappropriate. It's absolutely appalling. The no car seat, smoking, questioning Aubree, I could go on and on.
My fav teen mom and "baby" too. Aubrey is soooo pretty! Well Spoken and smart too!! Absolutely Adorable. Chelsea is such a cool lady. Really.. she is. Stylish snd sweet. The only flaw I've ever noticed in her was.. she loved too quickly and trusted easily. Lol that's not a bad flaw to have. This is a girl that other girls actually like. To all the men out there: if you notice there's a girl that all the other girls around you like... take note of that. It means she is genuine. Chelsea is so neat. I can't wait to see her find the love she deserves :) Wherever Chelsea and Aubrey go in life.. they'll be a trail of magic and sparkly pink glitter behind them lol 😉💝

It's now 2019 and he gave up his rights to his other daughter and hardly ever sees Aubrey! Adamn has got to be one of the worst fathers I have seen in teen mom, complete definition of a deadbeat.

Chelsea handled that very well, Adam knows exactly why they were taking his visitation away - it’s wrong on so many levels to question a child like that and plant negative ideas about her mum - who has been there for her through thick and thin! - in her head!

It's not awkward, it's shedding light on the dysfunction in the relationship between single parents, they're motives and their children.

I remember when my father would do this to me, not only does it break a child's heart but can really damage their perception of love. Poor girl, thankfully, she has Cole as a father figure.
