If he needs to borrow money for his business and STILL needs help with everyday bills, then I think he needs to rethink that plan.

Notice how in tune Lux is with his mom at 3:18. Her voice went up for a second and it sounded as if she was going to cry and his head turned so fast to look at her and then he gave her a kiss.

That's signs that children are now growing up with emotional impropriety. A child should never wipe the tears of its parent. That is a negative role reversal that a developing child should never have to be responsible for. If she's going to cry she needs to go to the restroom. She needs to discuss adult business outside of the scope of her child. This is inappropriate and will affect emotional development later on. Think it's cute all you want.

Joe watches too much "flip this house". He should've saved all his teen mom money, went to school to LEARN about real estate and then slowly dipped his feet in the waters of the housing market...which is known to be a hard business 😒 Kail is annoying, but at least she has an education so if her hair care business flops she has her degree to fall back on.

Like I get she wants to help out but test him first like he’s already blown his money into the business all what he is gunna do is put her money into it and when she finds that out she’s gunna be pissed off. Homez18 exactly, you have to actually work on it and with it and even then it’s not 100%. Is better to go to school for a job that always going to be there and is in high demand. But also exactly why joe should have gone to school and learned to do that, instead of jumping right into it. That business is hard, not everyone has the mindset and personality

Everyone talking about when Jo and his family helped her out. She was a child herself carrying Jo's son and his parents grandson. Jo had an obligation to help out the mother of his child with food and a house to stay in. She wasn't some random homeless chick. But of course y'all are comparing that to a grown man who can't manage his own money.

He had an obligation to his child not her don’t get it twisted. He could’ve easily shut the door on her from the beginning and gone to court to get custody of his son and best believe her being homeless, underage, with an alcoholic mother and no job, him and his parents would’ve won. Instead they embraced her and gave her the support she needed but did not deserve to which she basically threw out the window over a guy.

If he were to have thrown her on the streets it would prove that he was just in it for himself which is wrong. They were children none the less. Kail has a point...mind you, I think she is super petty, controlling, and incapable of hearing the truth because we all know, when someone checks her she gets mad and runs away...I hate even admitting it, but she does have a point. Difference is, Kail makes a large sum of money from doing teen mom as a MAIN cast member, so she already has a ton of income, where as joe
is trying to build something from the ground up, and thats commendable. I get it, she doesnt wanna pay child support, but at the same time, for the last 7 years she hasnt needed child support, rn he needs it to help support his child, which is LITERALLY the definition of child support...i'd pay the support, and let him to get to a point where he doesn't need it, and then everyone is happy. That boy is her son too, so yes, she should have to pay support, just as much as he had to.

It is commendable but that doesn't mean she should support him so he can start his own business, they're not together anymore. I like Vee, I even think Jo is a great Dad but why didn't either of them get another job to pay the bills while the business got started up? (you know, like anyone else who starts a business has to). He had plenty of money, he just spent more than he could afford and now needs her to pay his bills. What happened to saving, getting a bank loan or working another job to get yourself started?
But child support is for the child not for his business so he should use his own money for his business.
In California, you cannot forfeit child support for your child regardless if its privately or court ordered through the DA. Your child is seen as a person with his or her own rights and the non custodial parent must pay support even if the other parent has money. You are still responsible for that child. He cannot stop paying because he invested money unwisely. Joe always has been lazy on paying even when he was living with his parents he didn't even have a job for a very long time. His parents supported him and Kailyn.
Shanya Hanson the courts decided that MTV money aside, Jo was to pay Isaac child support. Jo has a whole other family and we’ve never seen nor heard him speak of working the whole time they’ve been in Delaware. Vee has worked and it’s been discussed because Jo was SAH Dad while she did so, either he has a very flexible job or he works when he wants and this house flipping thing is so he could be like Gary Shirley.
Joe needs to do better. Yes she makes money but you also have to do your part as a father.

She works as a real estate agent she’s certified. I believe she’s been doing it for quite a while. It’s Jo who doesn’t have a stable job i think he’s trying to be independent in a sense. But given that it isn’t providing the money he’s putting in I’d say he needs to seek a different career path or something. Someone suggested that he go to school for it and it might help i agree he should go for it.

Although she lied and told Jo she’s take him off CS , even if she takes Jo off she can make it on her own with out his extra cash . He should be able to provide for His son with or without kail too. Since the beginning of the child support system, women have abused it, which is why they're now looking to make some changes. Women want equal rights as long as it benefits them. 🤔 I don't see anything wrong with Joe's request. Had it been Kailyn doing this to him, she'd be cheered on. Give me a break. This is why you need to actually like and respect the person you have kids with.

Keep in mind that Kail very much lived with Joe and his family because her own family left her with nowhere to go at 15/16 and pregnant. Joe and Javi have supported her before she had all her Teen Mom money. But it seems like now that Kail has her MTV bucks shes acting high and mighty like her baby daddies would never help her if she needed it. Bullshit. Every guy she was with was an oppurtunity for her. With Joe she needed a stable home and parents who payed for everything for her baby too because at 16 she had NO money. Javi was another chance for her, when she had some money but still nowhere near what she does now. She was going to marry a man in the military for stability and support. After her money really started coming in and she didnt need to be with a man for any kind of financial support or stability, insert Chris BD#3 who is definitely broke compared to her and was never a serious thing it was lust. For her to act like shes doing Joe a HUGE favor by paying him back and helping him out is bs. She owes him that CS back regardless of his financial situation now. And again he helped her when she didnt have anything so its only right to be there for him. Now he isnt 100% right either hecause he does has a wife and new family that he is responsible for and his bills are NOT her priority. But helping him here and there isnt like some crazy concept.
Genise Costello If I remember right Kail worked as a waitress when she was pregnant and after. Her and Joe used to fight about him not wanting to mature and stop mooching off his parents. It doesnt matter how little or how much she made when she was with her baby daddies. They all get paid for their screen time. If they share custody and the agreement has always been what it is then Joe and his finances are his problem cause i know she could take care of all those kids fulltime without help. But in everyday family dynamics this kind of stuff would play out different.
@@imanibrown3480 Kail was working when she was a teen mom but so are plenty of teen mothers. She was not providing everything for herself and her son when she lived at Joe's parents. She told Joe she didnt want him mooching off his parents forever but she wasnt exactly payong rent, bills, buying every single baby item on her own. She had A LOT of help that some girls dont get. Most of her 'accomplishments' are because of being on MTV, these girls wouldnt be doing half the things they are now if it wasnt for the show. She also owes Joe over 6,000 because for a whole year she 'couldnt find time' to take Joe off of it. CS is a serious matter and can have someones license revoked and put in jail. He wasnt even supposed to be on it so of course she should pay him. She isnt doing him and favors and if the situation was reversed Kail would be flipping out.
Remember in the first season when Jo was fighting with Kail basically making fun of her for being broke & needing somewhere to stay & Kail said watch in a couple of years when I graduate college I’ll be making more than you…now fast forward & Jo is asking for money from Kail…

Almost sounds like some blackmail because he knows or he’s estimating what she makes per year with all the things she does and thinks he’s entitled to it by getting her pregnant in the first place and getting on this show like tf that’s why his wife is texting her asking how she feels cause even she knows that some fishy/not right shit is going on and kail is being extremely nice to be writing out a check and then willing to help with his bills not his BUSINESS BILLS. Flipping houses is an expensive investment & it isn't a stable business venture. Example: You spend $200,000 renovating a property and only recoup $100,000, therefore suffering a major financial loss. I'd do exactly as Kailyn suggested if my son was living in his father's house & his father can't financially support him. I don't want my child deprived of basic necessities while they live with their father. However, Jo needs to find stable work so his bills are paid.
Kailynn should pay Jo back for the years they were both making teen mom money and she kept saying she would take him off child support and never did. Now after that check is cut Jo should be able to handle his finances he has vee doesn't she work??? Kailynn has 3 kids she goes to no one for help money wise so why can't Jo do the same??? No offense to both but don't put all your money into a business if u or your spouse has no other money.....

In my opinion Jo is a grown man. If Jo really had a problem with continuing to pay child support, he shouldn’t have waited a year and then filed for back child support without first bringing it to Kailyn’s attention and trying to work it out with her. If I was paying child support for my nonexistent child, and I worked out an agreement with the father that I didn’t need to continue to pay child support; and child support was continuing to be withdrawn from bank account after a month or two then I would absolutely follow up with the father about it. Obviously, paying child support for a year didn’t bother Jo until he ran out of money. Jo should’ve never quite his paying job to start a new company. I think Kailyn had every right to be livid with Jo.

That's signs that children are now growing up with emotional impropriety. A child should never wipe the tears of its parent. That is a negative role reversal that a developing child should never have to be responsible for. If she's going to cry she needs to go to the restroom.
