Wow! Great video! I just sent my first partial split shipment and I could really feel the impact on the shipping fees. Since I don’t have help prepping yet, it almost made it impossible to get a shipment out. I appreciate you breaking this down.
I am actually getting ready to prep shipments to go into FBA for the first time since the fee increase.
If you're not using 2D Workflow then you're leaving money on the table. It will save you time AND money. Also using 2D barcodes seems to get stuff checked in faster as well.
Thanks Brian, wait till you see what's next!
@@WatchMeAmazoncan't wait. I'm sure it's going to be awesome!
I truly believe that Amazon is trying to completely eliminate FBA for small sellers. Thanks, appreciate it.
me too, they are making it soooo hard to stay afloat, is just a shame that after so many years soldiering on in amazon, they come up with this 💩to break us very 💔
My latest shipment has two splits going to the same warehouse, exact same address & no hazmat. I reached out & they basically said I was shit out of luck. This is really frustrating. Thanks for the video!
Has to be something in the item types that Amazon splits. What are the categories and size tiers of these products?
Great video 🎉
Thanks
What setting should we use if we have 2D workflow? Do we use minimal splits, partial or amazon optimized?
Depends on what you’re trying to do. I use Amazon Optimized Shipment Splits, and ship all shipments.
lmao protection bracket. Those Godfather video game days!
It’s funny cu it’s true
We are currently shipping from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas and we using the minimal split so we can ship to one FC. The problem that we are facing now is that instead of Amazon letting us ship to the closest FC which 25 miles away from us, Amazon forces us to ship to Indiana 1000 miles away. Will using 2D workflow help us ship to the closest FC ?
These new fees are going to make us go 100% FBM. They are not attainable and absolutely INSANE for small sellers like myself. Can't do it.
agree 100% selling all my 💩FBM amazon is on crack!!! 😡😡😡😡
🙏 thank you
Hey guys, I looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find how to create a shipment with multiple location drop offs on Amazon freight. Does anyone know?
Wish he showed the price of 2D shipping versus Amazon to compare the savings.
This video didn’t have anything to do with 2D really…. It’s just which Amazon options are better.
Additionally, 2DWF doesn’t have its own shipping. When you buy shipping in the software, you’re buying it thru Amazon. It would be same price as on seller central
hey i dont get the option to optimize shipments through 2d work flow any help? trying to ship out a pallet and it keeps splitting it i want it all to be on one pallet its annoying.
What is amazons api?
Can you send a link?
Are you worried at all about the low inventory fee they implemented? Could be a headache for those of us who sell variation items.
Can't worry about things I can't control. Adapt and move forward only.
theyre on the asin level so theoretically variations shouldn't be an issue.
I use DYMO labelwriter 4xl for shipping labels -is that considered 2d shipping?
my shipping and inventory labels both say "direct thermal" on them but do not indicate 2d or 3d.
The type of printer or paper you use does not mean it is "2D" shipping. The 2D you are referring to means using 2D barcodes. Check out this video for more info: ruclips.net/video/bvCBCHJbqYc/видео.html
How are you going to do with the deleted or abandoned fees that probably will happen when using 2D workflow in order to optimize the shipments into one location without the placement fee?
There is no deleted or abandoned shipping fees when using 2DWF. The software works how Amazon wants, and these is nothing deleted or abandoned.
Going forward, the only way someone would have those fees is if they MANUALLY create and ship some shipping plans, while not shipping the others.
Thank your for the answer! We do have a freight service company to Amazon FC in Central Florida. We recommend 2D workflow to our clients but we were interested in having more info to spread it and giving it the correct way. Would you be interested in having a meeting with us?
@@WatchMeAmazon Just to be clear, we pick Partial shipments splits (2-3 locations) Use 2dworkflow to optimize shipping to ONE of those locations, will we be charge the Minimal shipment split now since it is going to one FC or will the Partial shipments splits still take affect and we will have to pay for the abandoned shipment? Or will no abandonee shipment be made with 2dworkflow through the Partial Splits? Or even using eh Optimized shipment splits also.,
@@DJJonAaron if you are optimizing shipments, you should have the Amazon optimized splits option.
If you want minimal or partial, just select that option in SC, and then create all shipments.
@@WatchMeAmazon so you still have to send to all 5 fc, or whatever comes up. 2dworkflow can't solve that, correct
These cahrges can be avoided by hsing 2d workflow? Does it work?
As shown in the video, yes.
What is amazon fright?
