Bless, don't feel like you need to vlog!!! Take time off if you need. I went through the worst break up of my life 3 years ago,couldnt eat, couldnt sleep etc. It gets better with time. Distract yourself with things you love doing. As hard as it is try block them for at least 3 months it helps a load..........
