Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len healed a ward of criminally mental patients without seeing them by using the Hawaiian ancient practice of Ho'oponopono.
Self I'dentity through Ho'oponopono is a wonderful tool for self-healing.
It is a practice in love, forgiveness, and healing and embodied in these 4 phrases:
"I am sorry"
"Please forgive me"
"I love you"
"Thank you"
The purpose of the Ho'oponopono practice is to release and erase all the memories and data that are running us and obscuring our connection to the Divine. Getting back to zero according to Dr. Hew Len is the solution. It is where we are truly free of all limitations.
In this video clip, Dr. Hew Len explains how our minds work. The subconscious (inner child) is the storehouse of all our emotional life experiences and the data of all the thoughts that replay as suffering and problems. The conscious part of our mind has a choice. It can choose to be 100% responsible for taking care of the inner child or it can be wilful and continue to look for blame outside of itself. By taking responsibility, it can then join with the subconscious to appeal to the Superconscious, which is the unconditional all-powerful all-loving part of ourselves, to transmute the wounded memories into void. In alignment, we do not need to do anything. Divine inspiration flows and we receive whatever is perfect and right for us moment to moment.
