I love MRS and Brandon's content. Absolutely no cutting corners and nothing to trigger the OCD inclined. I would love to see Brandon put out more regular content maybe like a couple a week but I'm still pleased with what I get.
Every once in awhile I come across a very small channel, and sometimes this channel ust deliveres everything I want. I am SO very glad someone pushed you guys into starting your channel, and I'm glad to see it growing. It will hit big, I promise and deservedly so. My dream has been to get a place in Texas for about 25 years now. I pray I can accomplish this dream and come say Hi some day.
Great job Brandon!! It’s amazing what a fella can do with the right tools and the ability to use them. I love making old stuff new again. Almost like a total restoration👍 Hope it works good!
As always another great video 👍👍 .. always like your context it's always interesting no matter what you are working on.. I'm Glad Matt (DemoRanch) got you to start this channel .. I've watched all the Cummings Cuda build and Be Lovin' the O'Reilly's product plugs you put in.. (I've work for them 9 years now) .. looking forward to part 2 of this restoration to see it in action... Well until next time I'll be looking forward to seeing your next video... As always God Bless and Be Safe... Don E. in Denver Colorado
OMG! Game-changer... I bought a table that size a year-and-a-half ago and now I cannot imagine life without it. While I don't do fab work on the scale of your shop, I will say that it has already paid for itself just on the convenience and time-savings with my current build. Nice job on the refurb. Looks brand new. Not sure if the mud-hornet nest was a feature or not... but it looked like an interesting find. Keep on doing what you do. It really is inspirational... Or, at least, motivating.
Awesome resto video. I am on the fence about recommending wd40 just to keep the rust off the exposed steel, being you are in a dry climate. But I would recommend it then wiping it dry. JFYI: The flexible cable carrier is the only thing I think could break on you in time(being plastic) and it's available on Mcmaster carr, just find the size and brand(they patent their link styles) if ever needed. Torchmate's website also has ALL of the documentation available for that under support. It is discontinued, so I would download all of it and print it for a binder. That kind of info can be invalueable if they remove it. There was lots of adjustment guides for it there as well.
I ran a 10’x26’ plasma tables for 5 years before I left fabricating to go drive a cement mixer for like way better money. But I can tell you the biggest problem you’ll face with a plasma table is keeping the rails and drives gears clean of splatter off the cutting head. So every day before start up, we’d hit all the rails and gears, anything that was metal that had to move and stay clean with WD-40, wipe it, then spray it all again. Otherwise the machine would jitter as it ran over dirt on the tracks or jolt with junk in the gears. And obviously that ruins your cuts. Good luck brother. You can do a lot with a little 4x4 table.
Muscle Rod Shop or Plasma Table Restorations🧐🤔 🤣😂 Miss my 400amp plasma. Could cut up to 3" thick plate steel. Now learn CADD & start pumping out some Muscle Rod Coasters! Or CumminsCuda 🤔🤔 Good job Brandon! 🇺🇲🥃🍻🥩🥓🇺🇲

Once you get used to it I suspect that will make it a lot easier and faster to make multiple parts for Tony to weld up.

A little sweat equity goes a long way.
And now you know what's inside and that makes it easier to fix. 👍😁
